Impeccable services. We are from Zalau and I called for my father (75 years old) for a thigh prosthesis. From the first phone call to Theranova, I realized that I was talking to some professionals. Mr. Alex visited us in Zalau and presented us with all the information, the options we have and what to expect. The procedure was very quick, after 3 weeks of preparation, I made a 3-day visit to Oradea at the end of which my father had the prosthesis and was taking his first steps with the help of a frame. I could not have expected anything better. Thank you Mr. Alex, Ionut and the Theranova team.

I had another prosthesis, when I was approached on the steps of the hospital by a super nice lady who pulled me aside, a little emotional, and asked me if I was wearing the prosthesis and if I knew it was shorter. Amazed by what he told me, I made the decision to set up a meeting with the technician to determine my problem. After the meeting with the technician, the lady was right, the prosthesis was shorter.. 😞 so I took all the necessary steps and gave up the former prosthesis company and chose Theranova. I am very satisfied with their services, I have reached another level of prosthetics. They are the best and most dedicated people. I thank them from the bottom of my heart for this.
