I must say I never get good customer service when I shop in this store. It's as if it's an inconvenience to help....

This shop was my second stop this morning, I was served by Zoey, Zeb was also there helping as well both are pleasant and professional, I had gone to the store with an item in mind which was in stock but as I explained that it was my daughter’s birthday today both Zoey and Zeb directed me to some other items, Zoey helped me to choose as she showed me some other details that the item had which made it looked amazing, I would not have made that choice as just went to get the “popular” one. My daughter loves her birthday gift, thanks to Zoey and Zeb. I will recommend this store and both staff. ( I hope I spelt your names correctly)

I was served by Eloise literally two minutes in store and her first recommendation was exactly what I was looking for she was so nice and personable as well very happy :)

Very helpful nice place

As a family we have shoped at Swarovski for many years. My mum visited the Bromley store recently to renew her membership and the staff were so lovely and helpful. The next day we realised my mum had left her wallet in the store. On ringing, again all the staff were extremely kind and reassuring. On collecting the wallet, I was again met with great customer service. Thank you to all the team at the Bromley store.

Came in for the first time to buy my best friend a gift for her 21st birthday. Zoe was so helpful and friendly. She beautifully wrapped the gift I’d chosen and even asked what colour ribbon my friend would like. I left feeling like I’d made the right choice coming to Swarovski and will definitely be returning.

Incredible service. I had purchased a tennis bracelet for my wife some time back, which she loved. One day the clasp broke and so it ended up in the back of a drawer. Eventually got round to taking it to the Swarovski store to see how much a repair would cost and to our surprise the kind lady simply replaced it for a brand new one without any questions. Such a nice surprise in this day and age. 👍👍

Silver made jewelery dipped in rhodium several times to give it a dazzle. Have some nice pieces and if you love them shiny then this is the place for you. Warning: May need sun shades 😎
