High quality coffee. Recommended to buy some coffee bean back home as gift. Plus, it is a chain store, you can easily find one in Japan. Highly recommend to order the ice coffee, as it is served with a really really cold copper cup.

The service is mediocre, since there was a lack of service. The prices are high, especially in comparison to the Starbucks across the street. The food, which came in boxes as if it was supposed to be boxed lunch, was surprisingly fresh. I'm not sure if I got lucky and that they had just made them, or if it's typically this decent - but I would definitely come back again. It's one of the fewer places that you can have an "American" breakfast this early in the morning in this area.

Personally had a cosy time there planning further travel around Kyoto and Osaka and charging my electronics with plugs under the seating left and right! English was and was not, but was not expecting it anyway. Service wise probably they could come by the table and ask if you would need anything else or take the tray away. But maybe it is me missing on the culture of the place, people don't seem to expect that.

Very chill cafe, for a quick and good breakfast. Food: toast with ham and 3 cheese on it with small salad. It was surprisingly good for such a simple meal. I had a iced tea with lemon and my friend had the cream caramel milk coffee both super good and refreshing. About $7 USD a piece. Service: the gentleman spoke english and they also have an English menu you can ask for. They have outlets if you need to charge and wifi Atmosphere: jazz playing on the background, nice and relaxing

Manage to get a seat for our breakfast. Ordered no issue since the counter can speak english and you got to clear your own tray. Atmopshere wise good and food wise, bread was ok not too hard.

Nice laid back home feel, good coffee. The tamago sando is good too!

Your run of the mill chain cafe. Looks pretty worn but good for a quick snack or coffee before hurrying on your flight.

They serve good food although the place is small. Good for those who want short breaks and breakfast.

Coffee in UCC Hong Kong is much better. A bit disappointed.
