I have never seen more lazy staff. No one asks you if you want anything. When you do get someone. They walk at a snails pace. Even walked past me cussing having to go back for another size. Looked for anyone that could be a manager. No luck.

I had the BEST customer service. The staff was so nice and polite. They helped me with all my concerns and fixed the issues. These people. Brooklyn. Alex. Trinity. Sal. Jesse Where such great help. I participated in the drop for the Jordan 3 reimagined. One of the better organized drops I've experienced. The line was organized, felt safe and secure and the checkout system was fair and neat. The staff were friendly, patient and celebrated each purchase. The team was incredibly helpful for a launch product. Sal especially worked an open to close and didn't hesitate to go the extra mile for someone in my group who was new to the sneaker culture. Will participate here again. @HeadOffice, if you're reading this, give Oshawa more drops!

Worst online company ever. Not only do they suggest that by paying express shipping that you will get it quickly. It is a lie because once you pay for 2 day shipping it takes them over a week to even process it, let alone actually ship it. Their live chat works sometimes but usually it gives you a que which once it's your turn nothing happens but then other times it becomes an email chat which doesn't work either..they have serious technical issues. They're 1 800 number is also fraudulent that has an answering machine attached to it but does not even say it's JD sports. Some are claiming that their items are knock offs, that I don't know so buyers beware when dealing with this company. They do have some physical stores. You can try going in to buy things but if I were you I would not buy on their website as it is not reliable at all.

I had an exceptional experience with a supervisor who truly left a lasting impression. Sal's friendly demeanor and genuine smile made my family feel like valued customers. His product knowledge made our visit enjoyable and successful. I highly recommend this store location - make sure to ask for Sal when you pop in.

It was my first time at the JD store, was shopping for a birthday gift. When i arrived at the store i was greeted by Sal and Jade, they were very nice and were very helpful. I went in unsure of what to buy and walked out the store with two great pair of shoes for an amazing price. Very glad that Sal was there to help me find the perfect gift.

Josiah helped my husband and I find everything we were looking for. We purchased tracks suits and shoes for both of us. Josiah helped us look for.something within our price range and gave us the pros and cons of each item. When cashing out we met Sal. Sal is the manager of the store and he was training and mentoring a few new employees; it was nice to see everyone working together as a team. We would definitely go back to this location again.

The Team here are Awesome! SAL helped me from the moment I arrived at the store and was willing to go the extra mile to help with my purchaeses (ended up buying 3 shoes ). He's a natural leader.. Went yesterday to browse and ended up buying 2 pairs of shoes. Rameez was super nice and patient as he called to try to find a pair in my size at another location. Thank goodness he did as no other stores had them, even though inventory showed it did and I was able to purchase from the Oshawa store (they had a slight flaw but with the surprise sale price were a great deal) I have shopped with them before and will continue to shop here.

I had an amazing experience in the Oshawa JD Sport store where I dropped by recently. I want to give special mention to Ihsan, a sales advisor who was very helpful, full of knowledge and made it a pleasure to shop. I was looking for a pair of shoes for my mom's needs and he spent time understanding exactly what I was looking for. He was friendly and took time to explain the different features and benefits of each item and was generous enough to show me different options. He was able to provide an easy explanation of the various products, so much so. I bought several other pairs on the spot lol. He was helpful, polite, and showed great enthusiasm for his job. I would definitely recommend Ihsan and I am confident that you won't be disappointed.

In the afternoon, I came to the cashier after buying clothes. After a long wait until I could not stand it anymore, I asked the black man next door, can I pay here? He said yes. I waited here for a long time, and he didn't even show me the slightest inquiry or help. Is that the attitude of a worker? Are you not willing to volunteer to help other customers in your spare time? Receiving money for a piece of clothing was extremely slow, making me feel like I didn't want to buy it twice. It was a terrible experience I had here, I don't know why you are paid by your boss and your attitude and service and speed is so bad?? Then I went to Uniqlo, where I didn't need any cashiers. It only took me 30 seconds to pay and walk away. Finally the Uniqlo staff said goodbye to me. This is my third time to shop at JD and I will not patronize here in the future. Because I don't get any respect.

Adriana at JD Oshawa was incredibly helpful! I had ordered a pair of shoes to the store for my niece and needed them ASAP. They took a bit longer than I had expected so I went into the store. I explained the situation to Adriana and she worked promptly to find a solution. She called to find out tracking details for the order and informed me that it would take a few more days. She realized that they had the same shoe in store so she stayed on the phone with head office to cancel my original order. She was extremely patient and kind throughout the entirety of the process.

Back doors releases. Makes people wait for nothing. Don’t waste your time here. Younger white boy with glasses and young black guy both workers seen backdooring shoes.

Caleb, Sal and Aviah were very friendly, offered to help me and took the coat I asked for off of the mannequin! I was really happy with my experience at JD sports!

Avis was very helpful in finding what I needed and the manager sal even let me take a pair of shoes he had on hold that I really wanted, overall amazing experience would recommend
