My husband and I purchased our wedding bands here. I got one with about 20 small diamonds across the top. Just after having it for a year (which it sat in a jewelry box for 6 months until we got married), I lost my first diamond. They told me my ring was not under any warranty and told me it would be around $200 to fix it but that they wouldn't have an exact price until after it was fixed. I was pretty upset that this had happened and now they wanted 1/4 of the price we had originally paid for the ring, to replace 1 diamond. I decided because it was one of the last diamonds, it's not THAT visible and that I would just leave it. Less then a year later, I lost a second diamond. Again, it was an end diamond so not that noticeable and again I left it. Clearly this was a bad idea because I have now lost a 3rd diamond in less then 5 years.

I chose this place to get my mom's chain fixed and it was a horrible experience. First they told me it would take 10 days but it ended up taking almost a month. I'm very unhappy with the service I've received. My advice to everyone - if you need any jewelry to get fixed DO NOT take it to this place. You have many options in the mall and some places are able to fix jewelry at the spot.

I was a window shopper walking by & looking for anything shiny when a necklace & earrings in the Mothers Day display up front of the store caught my eye! The lovely Deborah & her trainee Jodi L. who took great care of me, helped me try the necklace on & pair it with cute earrings! I was in & out of the store expeditiously & Jodi L. was a whiz with the POS System, now I was off to continue shopping! The service was great for a fast shopper like me! I was looking for something special to buy with my birthday money from my grandma. And I told them what kind of idea I had in mind and they found the most perfect necklace for me a beautiful pearl necklace. They were so nice and when I wasn’t sure about it they put it aside while I went to a different store and still had it when I came back. Amazing customer service. So sweet and really personable. I highly recommend if you are looking for good quality jewelry!

Wow, is all I can say, the testing is done differently then from years past. No rising hands, just push a botton, modernized system, great. Staff pleasant and helpful in information. And affordability for any financial situation which was the biggest bonus of all, and the new hearing aids ready in just two weeks, awesome. Very pleased and happy that I didn't chicken out.

I needed a clasp replaced on a treasured gold necklace. The staff was very helpful and I'm very happy with the job that was done. It was completed ahead of the estimated time which was a nice surprise.

I had a very pleasant experience at the Paris Jewellers at the Oshawa Center. The sales associate was knowledgable and very helpful and we were quickly able to find a piece of jewellery in my price range that I knew my wife would love. I also really appreciate the return policy. Many jewellers have exchange only but Paris offers full refund within 30 days.

I had called to inquire about a special ring I was looking to purchase and spoke with Jodi the store manager . She was so helpful and put it aside for when I could come in after work . She was to leave at 6 pm but was still there to assist me about 6:15. She exemplifies how people should deal with customers . Totally awesome !!! I would highly recommend Jodi and Paris Jewelers .

The worst experience i had i did huge mistake by even walking inside of this store i bought the ring and after a week i changed my mind i wanted to return the ring they said they cant because it was used which it wasnt and there was not clear instructions of return exchange policy unless u read the bottom of your receipt which most of us dont. THEIR RETURN AND EXchange policy sucks the will take the ring for inspection and hold ur money and they will blame u for even a small single little scratch that has been done just by moving it inside the store to show customers..over all I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE UNLESS U WANT TO WASTE UR TIME AND MONEY

I also left my water bottle behind and she found my name and number off of there data base and called me to inform me about the bottle being left behind.

This is such a nice jewelry store with very personalized care. I was looking for a special pair of earrings for my granddaughter and received excellent advice from Betty, one of the sales associates. I didn’t buy them the first time I went in but when I went back 3 weeks later Betty remembered me and what I had been looking for. I will definitely shop there again.

I was helped out by Jenny who did a wonderful job assisting me purchasing a beautiful necklace. She explained the various products I was interested in and appeared quite knowledgeable regarding the items the store She made the process feel easy and pressure free.

Don't buy from Paris Jewellers. A month after getting engaged, the first diamond fell out of my engagement ring. It got sent away for 2 weeks, after another couple of months, another diamond fell out. This kept happening multiple times. Luckily we had the lifetime warranty so they covered it no problem but it was so upsetting each time. After losing the 5th diamond, they offered to replace the engagement ring with the exact same one. We agreed.. 2 DAYS after getting the brand new replacement, it lost a diamond. As much as I loved my rings, I couldn't deal with this the rest of our lives so my husband went back and demanded a full refund. They didn't want to do it at first, and when finally agreeing, the lady admitted she didn't even know how to do a refund and had to call the owner of the company. They tried just offering a store credit which wasn't good enough. We did end up being fully refunded, after fighting for it. It's heartbreaking to be without the rings we got engaged and married with, but their quality was terrible. Save yourself the heartache and buy elsewhere.

I came in to the counter not know what I wanted and was helped by the friendly Rebecca. She was knowledgeable and respectful of my likes and dislikes. She was dedicated to the task of finding the perfect diamond ring to honour my decreased husband of 50 years. This was found in the most beautiful ring I had ever owned and I was thrilled!! Thank you for your wonderful aid and the matching earrings were a nice bonus thought!!!

Jenny was a great help with choosing my ring. Went in many stores and got ignored (I am 20 years old and I guess some of these jewellers I’ve dealt with think that I am window shopping or not buying so they ignore me). But I run a landscape business and I usually spend a couple thousands every year to buy rings or jewellery for my hard workers. I left 3 stores before going to Paris jewellers and getting the attention and service I was hoping to get. I love the ring, but the service is what I expect when I am spending $1000 for a ring. I have never had such an upsetting experience my life, I shopped around many Jewelry stores and ai thought I found the ring I was in love with at and it was at Paris Jewellers. 1 week after they had taken it then sent it in to sized I was looking at my diamond in the ring in the sun and notice a slight fracture. This was not there before it was sized. They have no photo or proof. When I brought it back to Paris they told me it was me who damaged it and that my fiance has to pay $2499 to repair on a ring!!! They blamed me for causing damage when there was zero proof it was not already as it is small. I did not slam my hand or a build a house or slam my hand. Rebecca was awesome! She walked me through all the jewelry I was interested in, taking her time to make sure I understood where it came from and how it was made. I asked some questions about specific pendants and what the engravings on them meant, and she provided excellent and detailed information. She gave me fantastic suggestions as soon as I explained what I was looking for. She was extremely friendly and made me feel comfortable through the entire experience. I will be back in the future all thanks to her amazing service!
