After a very bad experience at another jewellery store in the Oshawa Centre, we tried Bellagio's and will never look back. The ladies were so helpful, answered all our questions, were never pushy on sales etc. They really make you feel comfortable shopping and handled each transaction beautifully. Thank you. Me and my now fiance went to the mall to look for an engagement ring and we came here after 3 other stores that weren't "cutting it" for me. I was greeted by Ainsley, she was so sweet and helpful! Then Antonio came over and both of them helped me figure out what I wanted and didn't want. Antonio mentioned doing Platinum over white gold I have "dough fingers" as my sister calls them LOL and I was weary if I had to go up or down in sizes and he assured platinum would be the better choice. I felt like we could be ourselves and that the 2 of them made our experience less stressful all while being able to put our trust in them and what they were saying to ensure I got the ring I truly wanted. My goal was an eternity ring (3 set) and I asked her to find a beautiful addition to the two set I picked. First one she picked was beyond my expectations!! So happy with my purchase!! I am so grateful that we chose to visit Bellagio Jewellers because prior to going there I had become disheartened with the big name stores, offering all the same boring designs for way too much money. I worked for years in jewellery and have a great understanding of jewellery and it's worth. Antonio made my engagement ring dreams come true and I can't recommend him and his staff enough. He can make ANYTHING as he works with an actual jeweller to create unique, beautiful designs for a fraction of the cost that you find elsewhere. My engagement ring has come from here and I have had several issues with the diamond falling out or becoming loose after a few months of having it reset when bringing it into the store. I’m extremely careful with the ring taking it off most days which means I spent more time not wearing it then getting to wear it. In the process of having a new setting reconstructed and put on by a different jeweller so I can wear the ring more often without fear of issues with the diamond.

The Team at Bellagio are incredible! They provided very professional service and were incredibly accommodating for a rush request. They helped us pick out the perfect engagement ring, gave us an honest valuation of options and their staff were very candid (no sales pitch nonsense). Thanks to their timely service our overseas engagement was made possible! I would definitely recommend them to other customers.

I bought a Diamond bracelet for $3000.00 @ this place & 3 weeks later it broke in half & I found it on the bathroom floor. I took it in & was told well I didn’t break it & there were no returns or exchanges. I left & Sat in my car thinking about this & decided to go back in. I really was mad & the owner couldn’t get rid of me & didn’t like me yelling @ him so he finally said he would replace it. I got the new one & when I tried to put it on it broke next to the clasp. I had already taken it to an independent jeweller to ck it out before I wore it. That jeweller said only wear it occasionally as it was of poor quality. It has a small insignia saying made in Canada, but I doubt that & so did the other jeweller. Whatever you do remember in warranty, exchange or return once you let them ring it up. I had an excellent experience today at Bellagio Jewellers. The sales rep was extremely attentive and helpful in finding exactly what I was looking for. There was no high pressure and all my questions were answered. Price was very reasonable. They not only cleaned the earrings I purchased but they also cleaned my wedding ring free of charge! All the sales reps were friendly, informative and appeared happy. I will definitely come back here to buy again and I will tell others about the awesome service they provided. We wanted to add a halo around my wife's solitaire engagement ring. Antonio was very patient and accommodating when walking us through the process to make sure the end result was exactly what we wanted... even when we weren't exactly sure what that was. With Antonio's assistance we decided to also add diamonds to the shoulder of the band, and are happy we did. Before and after photos attached. This is the second time we have had custom work done by Bellagio Jewellers. The first time was a completely new ring and the experience was just as pleasant and the result just as stunning. We will definitely be going back when it is time for the next "enhancement".

I went to Bellagio for an engagement ring. The staff were incredibly informative. They were patient with me and answered all of my questions. They were conscious of my price range and gave great recommendations for what I could afford. When I told them how I wanted to propose, they even threw in one of those boxes with a light in it so my girlfriend (now fiance!) could see the ring at night when I proposed. That was a really nice touch. They made me feel welcome, comfortable and I felt like I could ask my dumb questions without feeling judged; which I cannot say about other jewelers. I would 10/10 recommend Bellagio.

After being told that our budget isn't doable or that they don't carry lab diamonds or just seeing ugly engagement ring settings and that they don't do custom engagement rings, we came across this place and I am so happy we did! They had the setting I wanted and told me I could customize it further and we were able to get a lab grown diamond! The owner was in and ended up cutting us a deal if we went through with the ring and I'm so glad we did because as you can see it turned out stunning!! I'd recommend anyone to come here for a custom engagement ring because they are educational/informative, can actually customize your ring, and can find you a good quality diamond within your budget!

The reviews brought me to Bellagios and I'm here to tell you that every star is so well deserved! I brought my grandmother's almost 100 year old ring to be appraised, to be sized and to thicken the band. I also brought me own engagement ring and wedding band to be redesigned into one ring so I could wear them together. They delivered both rings well before the time frame I was given (I always love when that happens!). My new ring is gorgeous and my grandmother's ring once again has it's sparkle! ✨️ Better still was the amazing staff!
