When I visit Bursa for any reason, this restaurant always in my bucket list. Because if the unique taste and value of the restaurant made me always come back. Also with a great service and hospitality for dining in. You can Order Iskender Döner any where in Turkey but, only in Bursa city the taste so delicious by far ahead over the others. Also Drink Şira (Shera) with your meal, you would like it. Made by raisin. Highly recommended.

This was my first visit to Bursa. This restaurant was recommended by my friends. Don't expect a fancy, high end experience. It's a local and traditional experience. The moment you get inside, you'll find the pictures of all celebrities who visited the restaurants. You'll also find some really old frames of old documents. Expect a wait, since the inside is small. The food is very good! It's their specialty 🙌 İskender 🥰

Greetings from germany, here the international rating. Taste: as a non iskender eater, I really liked the food. The food was enough, but only if you order the big portion (4.5/5). Ambience: we waited around 45 Minutes in line. After we finished the line, we were placed in a other location (because the main location was full) and there we also waited for other 45minutes. After 1.5 hours, we got food for four persons (1/5) Price: for one Iskender with one Cola, you have to pay nearly 400 Lira (which is around 20 Euro). Its really overpriced (1/5) Total of 2/5 I wouldnt recomment the Restaurant, all in all it was overpriced and time wasting...but if you really wanna taste it, you should visit it from Monday - Wednesday.

Not the best but it was delicious. The environment and the service was too poor. There was Long queue to sit first then you should wait again for order. You can watch them while they prepare the kebab and it should be more clean specially during COVID-19. Be honest I don’t prefer to go back there again.

This is not the original Uludağ kebapçısı. That one is across the street a few minutes of walk from the mall. This one is located at the entrance of the mall, and it also only serves İskender kebab. The kebab itself is average but price is higher than average. Meat was dry and they bring the dish with melted butter already added. Traditionally, butter should be served hot after the dish is brought to the table, and based on the preference of the customer.

One of the best meals we've had in Istanbul/Bursa. They only serve one dish of shaved meat with yogurt, bread, green peppers, and tomatoes. Our driver said they use meat and yogurt from their own farms.

I like their İskender Kebap, but I may say that there are better restaurants in the city. There was a long line in front of the restaurant during the lunch time.

I would buy a a fly ticket to go eat in this local restaurant, the meet quality is illegal, I have tried many iskanders before and many I turkey as well, however, this one here got the cake. Illegal taste and originality, bursa is the food capital in Turkiey, I love the food, the city, and the experience. Definitely, if I visit Turkiey again, bursa is gonna be one of the main stops, and especially this amazing local joint.

Das Essen war ok, aber nichts besonderes. Bin hier mit viel höheren Erwartungen hingegangen, aufgrund von Empfehlungen Dritter. Das Fleisch hat billigste Qualität (Hackfleisch halt); der ganze Teller wurde mit Butter ertränkt (soll ja nach etwas schmecken). Für 1,5 Portion mit Getränk 490 TL (16,80€ damaliger Kurs) gezahlt. Hätte gerne 3 Sterne gegeben, aber der Preis rechtfertigt dies leider nicht.

I have been here as a kid. The original, not the expansion. But it's all the same. It's great food. You'll never find iskender like this anywhere else. Go earlier than later before the kebab gets thin on the roaster because it gets tougher.

I have eaten there at least 10 times, and this is the best Iskender I have ever eaten in Bursa. Ok it is a little bit heavy but you can ask not to add that much butter. So yummy and delicious. Prices are normal, nothing is cheap in Turkey anymore:)

Incredible food and experience! The Iskender Kebap was cooked very well, and the Şıra hoşaf drink was very tasty. Also, if Şeker Bey (Mr. Sugar, his reputation is that he is sweet and kind to everyone) is there, make sure to say hi! He will make you smile. :)

Very famous , old , small restaurant that offer the famous meal in Bursa which is Iskender Kebab that container meat shawarma in addition to yogurt and tomato sauce, this traditional meal contains hot pouring local butter that have special taste and smell.

We were told that this was the best kebab in the world.... funny enough we have been in turkey for 20 days and haven't enjoyed any turkish restaurants. We decided to try, looks like a average shop from outside and inside too. But the owner at the front quickly organised us a table as we had a pram. We sat down and asked for a menu, no menu, they said just Iskander. I said ok give me 3 Iskander. I can't stress how amazing the meat is, it's phenomenal. 1.5 hours later I can still taste the lamb in my mouth. I messaged my friend who recommended, I said why is it so good. The owner has been around since 1964, they have there own lambs which they raise high in the Mountains, they don't buy meat for there shop, they raise it. They charged us 370 TL, best 370 TL I've spent in my 20 days in Turkiye. My wife wants us to go back tomorrow before we leave Bursa.

It is really delicious and the first time I eat iskender without having any digestive problems. The quality of meat and butter is really great and taste so yummy. Definitely you should try it. We were a big group and they hosted us in Kafkas sweet place next to the restaurant.

Islender is nice but its almost double the price of Iskender’s in other places. I would pay if there was a great ambiance, etc. however it feels almost cafeteria style. It is by far the best ever Iskender Kebap in the world. And the grape juice is to die for. Cleans the palate as you enjoy the butter fried Kebap and flavour soaked bread. Amazing.
