kids
to
take
it

is
infrequent
at
many
times
the
quality
of

entertainment
was
quite
low,
yoga
was
old
fashioned,
kids
club
non
existing
they
just
made
them
look
at
a
movie
which
I
can
do
in
my
room
you
cannot
take
a
single
biscuit
from
the
food
hall
at
breakfast
to
bring
to
the
room
for
the
kids
or
you
eill
be
yelled
at
yoga
and
similar
services
were
old
fashioned
all
of
this
dies
not
conform
witg
a
four
star
hotel.
Everywhere
there
were
guests
unhappy
of
the
experience
talking
about
this.
We
have
paid
some
4500
euris
for
10
days
which
is
450
euros
a
day,
it
is
a
premium
price
and
did
not
get
a
premium
experience
at
all
As
a
reply
to
the
director,
who
is
a
valid
professional
who
dedicated
attention
to
our
case:
-
I
have
said
that
you
had
attention
the
problems
to
the
maximum
of
your
possibilities
at
the
time
of
the
stay.
You
could
not
change
the
personnel
in
a
week
nor
change
the
bus
you
use
to
bring
the
guests
to
the
seaside,
these
are
challenges
for
the
next
season
as
you
know
better
than
I
do.
So
keeping
on
complaining
was
useless
at
that
point,
we
focused
on
relaxing.
-
Also
it
was
pointless
to
ask
you
for
things
that
do
not
really
depend
on
you.
The
main
thing
is
that
this
particular
hotels
markets
itself
as
a
4
star
reasonably
high
end
but
is
far
from
the
beach
and
mediocre
in
its
design,
the
food
is
typical
hotel
food.
In
short,
it
is
a
3
star
hotel
experience
and
does
not
deserve
4500
euros
for
10
days
in
my
opinion.
As
the
week
progressed
all
we
saw
were
guests
complaining
in
groups
of
3
or
4.
We
did
not
join
such
groups,
but
I
think
you
would
have
gotten
a
tough
feedback
if
you
attended
the
check-outs,
and
I
would
have
provided
this
feedback
in
person
at
checkout
if
you
or
anybody
else
were
there
to
greet
us
on
Monday.
Ultimately,
you
are
a
very
good
professional
and
a
caring
person
but
that
does
not
change
that
the
experience
that
VOI
hotels
charges
for
is
not
the
one
they
provide,
so
there
are
many
challenges
ahead
for
next
season,
I
think
it
would
be
important
to
lower
the
price
point
and
the
target
for
a
start
because
everyone
of
the
guests
I
have
been
hearing
were
coming
from
other
VOI
experiences
(mainly
at
VOI
colonna
in
Sardinia
apparently)
and
were
at
VOI
Daniela
because
VOI
had
acquired
their
trust
in
Sardinia
but
had
lost
it
at
VOI
Daniela.
I
do
not
think
it
is
your
fault
but
these
are
the
hard
facts.
