I've had him do my sister's wedding, I've purchased for birthday, anniversaries and even the death of my best friend's beloved pet. highly recommend W Flowers! visited the shop as a walk in customer today, and was promptly greeted by an employee who was very attentive to figuring out what the perfect bouquet would be. admittedly I have very little experience with flowers, so I deferred the decision making to him, and he hit it out of the park! I also had the pleasure of engaging in a conversation with Micheal while the bouquet was being prepared. wonderful shop with great employees!

Absolutely my favourite place to get flowers for my partner. The owner is a lovely human and gave me history on where the flowers I bought came from which was nice. I love the feel of this floral shop too. They took extra care packaging my roses which is awesome too. I like when people pay attention to detail on things like this.

Beautiful centrepiece and it arrived super quickly. The arrangement from last year lasted for weeks. The folks at W Flowers are lovely to interact with and today they delivered another beautiful arrangement. Michael is fantastic - current owner since 2019 - his shop is filled with beautiful flowers - seasonal - all seasons, all holidays - I’ve been coming here before and post Michael - very happy with the floral arrangements and quality of products - great delivery all the time. Michel goes out of his way to make the perfect bouquet or arrangement or really whatever you need. Outstanding flowers and great customer service! I received a beautiful floral bouquet for my birthday last fall and the flowers were in absolute peak condition; the bouquet lasted for almost 2 weeks! I was so impressed that I ordered table arrangements for Christmas and they did not disappoint. Michael included a complimentary box of chocolates with each arrangement and again the arrangements lasted quite a while. If you want quality and service then support W Flowers! Thanks Michael

Best local flower shop with service oriented staff. Michael, the owner is pleasant and always tries to meet your needs. I have used W Flowers for multiple single bouquets gifts for concerts and they are always beautiful and season appropriate.

The shopkeep Michael always makes stopping here a 5*. One of the friendliest nicest people to do business with. I came in here for flowers for the girlfriend. I have had flowers delivered from here. I even grabbed a last minute bouquet for a quick wedding here and it was reasonably priced fast and the service was better than can be expected especially on a last minute rush… every single time. I just had flowers delivered through W Flowers, and they showed up on time and looked amazing! I loved the little note they'd added as well! I will definitely be going to W Flowers from now on. Even walking in the store is enough to get me to come back, it’s beautiful!!

I live in NYC and this shop helped me get the best flowers while being across the border. Now I can't ever go anywhere else in Ottawa area. My experience below: I was told deliveries have stopped for the day because they were closing and drivers left for the day. However, they were more than willing to work with me to arrange an uber to pick it up.... that was until the owner walked into the store and said he would personally deliver the flowers for me. This is when I decide to buy more flower. Not because i need more flowers.....but to support this business for treating me like a valued customer and not just a dollar sign. We buy flowers to show our loved ones we care. This business understands that and showed me they cared for my purchase of flowers that my girlfriend deserved and how important the flowers were to me. I'm from The Bronx, NYC, I know good businesses, I know businesses that's just business, and i know businesses that value you and understand the reasoning behind your purchase and how important it is to you... W Flowers is this. People if you are still here reading this review, don't hesitate, you are making the right decision shopping here and will not regret your purchase or regret the face your loved one makes when you give them the flowers. Usually don’t do reviews but the employee/manager there was just amazing amazing and super honest came to get some different types of roses for my mom and he’s was honest saying the flowers where a couple days old and wouldn’t feel comfortable saying instead like most places would just sell them to make profit but it’s not like that. Instead he recommended me mixing different types of flowers that kinda looked like roses they looked really nice and beautiful my mom loved it. It was my first time buying flowers so I don’t know if it’s expensive or not but it was really worth it
