My partner usually buys me flowers here. They are fresh and last up to 2 weeks +. So I decided to ask Vivian to create my wedding bouquet. I came in and showed her photos of what I wanted, and we were in close contact throughout the process (2 months). She updated me on the request of dahlias and was able to create a beautiful bouquet with the inspiration pictures I sent to her. Pick up was easy and went smoothly. I got lots of compliments. I had ordered some sunflowers to be delivered to a friend and received a call from the store the day before saying how sunflowers were out of season (and when would be the best time to order them) but that she could use a type of daisy instead that looks the most similar to sunflowers and how she can arrange them. She was very kind on the phone and also helped me make a small change on the card with a great idea. The flowers were delivered on the correct date and I received an email after they had been delivered. The prices of the flowers were also the best I could find in Ottawa and I looked at several different places. I believe this is a privately owned flower shop and it makes me want to provide them with business even more. Any place that has amazing customer service like Vivian Flowers, I would recommend supporting their business. I will definitely order from them again the next time I need flowers delivered in Ottawa and I highly recommend them to anyone.

This florist is absolutely AMAZING!!! She does such beautiful work and the flowers are always so fresh!!! UPDATE - So I bought these flowers on July 28 and I literally just threw them out on Sat (Aug 14)!!!! The flowers were SO fresh and were absolutely gorgeous! The yellow roses opened so beautifully and didn't brown at all which was amazing! I most definitely recommend going here for all your flower needs!!! You will NOT regret it!

I always use this florist to send arrangements for my grandma for special occasions. Their arrangements are really unique and beautiful with many options. Grandma has loved every arrangement and says the flowers always hold up past the one week mark which is great! Deliveries were always smooth. Wonderful experience and gorgeous arrangement! Stopped in on a Saturday AM after travelling from out of town, needed a larger arrangement for a memorial service than to be taken to a retirement home. The ladies here helped me out tremendously today, the holiest day of all relationships (kidding, of course) , Valentine’s Day! :) due to a complication with an arrangement I’d made somewhere else, I came to these wonderful people for last minute flower arrangements and boy did they deliver on short notice. My family picked up flowers from here for a funeral last year and they were very careful and efficient with setting up the display I came back here around January of 2022, and I made the mistake of not checking when the place closed; However, the sweet lady in there let me come in anyways to make a purchase. She also gave me some info regarding Valentine's Day, as I was picking up flowers for my girlfriend at the time The flowers are fresh and beautiful, and the service is fantastic! Highly recommend :)

Absolutely stunning flowers with great service, would highly recommend! I sent flowers to a friend who had a family member recently pass. I accidently selected the wrong delivery date. Realizing my mistake I sent an email right after I noticed to which Vivian replied within the hour to accommodate my request. Easy ordering process and punctual delivery as well. 10/5 Vivian is the one of the best people I have ever met. I came in last second 15 minutes before close rushing after work asking for a simple bouquet. Through conversation she realized it was for a wedding and couldn’t allow just a simple bouquet to go out for a wedding. She put so much extra effort and had to leave work for home later than she should have just to make sure that the quality and beauty were absolutely perfect. She didn’t even charge extra and is just the most wonderful, caring, and sweet florist anyone could want. Would recommend for any event, cannot see how anyone could receive better service, work and quality.
