I ordered a cake pop and a venti, iced chai latte with one pump of vanilla. They gave me my cake pop, but not my drink. They were understanding and made my drink, but they gave me the wrong drink, in the wrong size.

Starbucks has some good beverages and the people working at this location were nice enough. I personally think it's a little over priced. This location is in Bayshore so it's not the kind of place where you can relax with a coffee and have a chat.

Forgot to review this place, even if I work in the mall with this Starbucks. PHENOMENAL staff, great speed, awesome service. I've ordered here every time I'm in and I'm NEVER disappointed. Thank you from a very tired employee for supplying me with the coffee to keep me going

Overpriced, the food isn't that good, and the coffee is too strong. Hot chocolate is sickly sweet and not enjoyable at all.

Production staff were so slow and quiet. Couldn't hear any names called, guests were being served in a weird order. I waited until 3-4 who ordered after me were served. I then had to ask the barista what was up with my order for her to go fill the empty cup she had set out 5-7 drinks ago No one acknowledged we had waited abnormally long or were forgotten about. But if I have to wait a very long time for a green tea lemonade that cost me 6$... Someone in management needs to be present to supervise more efficiently. 5 employees behind the counter at the time.

Normally love all Starbucks! But ... they have discontinued the only organic coffee that they used to sell - Yukon Blend. In my opinion, Starbucks has now lost its competitive edge with other coffee houses. It is, however, still the best place to go to help mend a broken wrist!

Ordered and was charged for 2 large coffee, got 2 medium size. Cashier said that I ordered wrong size. Stuff is slow. Won’t come back.

I got a matcha latte and hate it.. but Jesse the girl at the counter I think this is her name she exchanged the drink with a refresher without charging me! Such a nice experience The best

They’re so racism they treat people differently based on the on race no good for the customer service especially that female worker

Service was friendly and quick for drinks but there are a ton of fruit flies in the food display case. I wouldn't order food from this store.

Always busy, long wait and not enough space to wait as they are by the doors. Good good tho sandwhich wise, drink was okay.

Both the girls at the front were nice made all the drinks perfectly and were smiling though out enjoying the busy time .

Ordered a caramel Frappuccino, tasted amazing! Best coffee I’ve ever had, the customer service was lovely. And I got my order super quick, will definitely be coming back for more!

you know what you're getting. it's hard go find cafés with coffee that doesn't suck canal water, but the light roast here does the job

Just want to shout out the staff that KILLED the Black Friday rush! I came in midday & everyone was extremely friendly and I was shocked at how fast they made my drink!

Regardless of if you order ahead or in person they will always mess up your order. The app is never up to date for out of stock product, but the staff is nice.

Lol what's the point of ordering on the app if I can't get iced water at the counter??????? Can't order with the app, barista is forcing me to go back in line, and the line has ten people. What.💀💀 what is the point of using the app if I have to go back in line for water?? make it make sense
