I asked for extra pickles and onions on my cheese burger. I received no onions on my cheeseburger and one pickle on my cheeseburger. Our French fries were ice cold. Never will I go through the drive thru again. I’ll be going to Strandherd. At least I get what we requested and the fries are decent.

Had to wait for the food. 4 minutes drive to my house, yet the food was cold. Who doesn't put mayo on a BLT? 1 slice of tomato two haft strip of bacon I don't even know what's going on with the lettuce.

This is one of the better McDonald's locations that I've been to. Line up at the cash was long because they were lacking the staff. Wait times for food however was short. The fries and burgers were cooked very nicely. It's great for those who take public transport as it's right near the via rail station and the transitway.

Came here after a long bike ride with friends. Got ice cream here. I got an ice cream while my friends got smoothies. Very nice, did not have to wait 4 minutes for food.

Went here on a Saturday evening and it was busy, which is pretty standard for this location, but there was a lot of staff on hand. Ordered popular items (Big Mack, 1/4 pounder), which I would think would be "fast food". Turns out it took 21 minutes from the time we ordered until we received it. The best part of the entire experience was the employee that was working on her tan under the hot lamps where they place the orders that are ready. She spent a good 5 minutes taking a little nap in front of everybody while they waited for their order. This all occurring while the manager was right there and didn't seem to care or at least say perhaps to stand out of view of the customers. I'm not sure I've seen something so odd occur at a McDonald's. This coming from someone who use to frequent the Rideau Street location.

This is the best McDonald's ever! You will say all McDonald's are same! So what is the difference? Yes all the McDonald's are almost same but this McDonald's employees(supervisor Himanshu and many other employees whose names I do not know) are always super friendly and smiling and helpful.I always have good feelings when I go there.Thanks a lot to all employees and supervisors who really work hard there and always smile😊👍

I owe this location a comment because we visit this establishment very frequently! The service is overall good, but only once we waited in the car for the mobile order be delivered to the parking spot; and it never came until I went in to demand. The location is very convenient, adjacent to Tim Horton etc.

Accessibility: Fully accessible with automatic doors. -A pretty consistent McDonalds. Can sometimes get long drive thru lines but they keep up pretty well. -Interior can sometimes use some cleaning. Outside has usually been pretty clean in my experience. -A couple of times had a homeless person who was approaching and weaving between cars in the drive thru, but staff handles the situation well once they know. Careful if going in the middle of the night sometimes the fries are very old and cold.

It is McDonald's so the food is known by everyone. This location does not have a play area and is situated in a small parking lot across from the Fallowfiled train station so the parking lot is busy. The food was standard, hot, quick, and delivered with a smile . I used my mobile app. I really like McDonald's Mobile app. Super convenient when traveling with a family.

The food was decent enough, but if you order a 20 piece chicken McNugget with three sweet and sour sauces, you expect the sweet and sour sauces to be in the freaking bag! The bag given was so small, I couldn't close it and it was super stuffed so I couldn't double check its contents like I would have normally. So very disappointing.... Edit... Another mobile order placed and chose to pick it up at the Fallowfield location at 5:30pm on a Saturday. Waited forever in drive-thru, and when I finally got my order, there was no McNugget sauce in the bag for my 20 piece...YET AGAIN!!! Don't go to this location if you want nuggets with sauce. This place is now become forever banned for me.

Service is quick. The curbside pickup locations get boxed in by the drive-thru line during rush, ao be wary of that option during peak times.

Absolutely useless employees. 4 orders over the past couple weeks have all been missing items or had items that were wrong. Easiest job in the world and they still can't seem to do it right. Rediculous.

The Worst 2 managers today! I don't know why they are managers while they don't know how to solve a missing item problem on there menu and they don't know to cancel an online order on skip or its too hard to call skip and tell them to cancel order by the way 1 of the manager use his hand to push me away ! And I have him recorded on he's on tiktok now ! Yep he's gonna be famous! Next time he should think twice before use his hand!
