Simply put the food is extremely overpriced for both the quality and quantity you get. Some of the staff are quite nice but others just seem like they really don't want to be there and maybe even don't want you there either.

Hands down the worst burger in the area.. All dressed equals ketchup, mustard and relish. If you let kids run your business you'll soon be out of business. Sadly its the only chip stand in town.

I’ve struck gold !!! There is another Fat Les’s location in Osgoode that I pass twice daily. I longingly stare as I’m either bringing my petite passengers to their school or homes. Some of these epicureans or connoisseurs speak very fondly of this location and know I understand why. There are different types of locations with different menus. This particular one is open all year and has a few additional tasty morsels for us to nibble upon. Pizza, ice cream, milk shakes to name a few. As you know the staff at any Fat Les’s are exceptional people with advanced cooking or customer service training and talents. The people here however take it to an entirely higher level. The First Lady I spoke to had nearly psychic powers when she pampered me with anything a hungry bus driver could dream of. Later a truly wonderful, generous and talented gentleman explained many things to me about their company and told me the best locations based on where I live and work. He also kindly gave me some discount coupons for bus driver appreciation week and I was able to share them within mere minutes with another bus driver from a different company who agreed to pass some out to her friends. She was overjoyed with the kind gift and assured me she was also a fan of fat Les. So I must give a thanks to the great people at this location!!!!

Had the buffalo chicken poutine and there are not enough stars to tell you how good it was.

Got a burger poutine. The fries were overcooked and inedible. I dont even understand why they would serve those fries because they were visible black, hard and overcooked. Had to throw it away and of course I was already home 20 mins away so going back wasnt an option.

some of the food is ok. The bacon, pulled pork, and bacon double cheeseburger poutines are good but the fries alone are just terrible. Had a bacon cheeseburger a few times, got worse over the course of 3 years. Patty dried out, bacon super under cooked. Only giving 2 stars because its the only decent food place in osgoode. I just called them they put me on hold for 7 minutes and they hung up. And the pizza crust is way too thick. They just keep upping the prices and making the portions smaller. Sorry fat les

Horrible food, cost me 19 dollars for a smoked meat sandwich combo with little to no fries and had the balls to ask for a tip. I will never ever go back.

A regular weekly place to order from for us. Veggie pizza is good

Only place I ever go to get a poutine. They have great staff, product, and a friendly environment. Heavily recommend the Bacon double cheeseburger poutine!!

If you want to be treated like a problem because you have dietary restrictions, this is the place for you! We have eaten here twice without issues and our 3rd time was not a charm. Staff were incredibly degrading when asking clerifying questions about their gluten free menu options. I wish I didn’t have to ask these questions, but as a celiac, it is imperative I do and it is so disheartening when cook staff in the back make arrogant comments about my requests and front of house staff make it a priority to answer phone orders rather then serving front window customers. Albeit the food was good on our last 2 orders, I will never go back solely because of the degrading way the staff conduct themselves. Contrary to the owner’s response below, I did request a substitution and was given a blatant “no substitutions”. Don’t dare request a substitution on your order, they will become overwhelmed and use it as an excuse to treat customers poorly.

Would not eat here unless you want food poisoning. Me and my mother stopped in after going to the doctors for a quick lunch. The service was horrible the guy taking the order was clearly annoyed at us ordering food and made it very clear while he slammed are drinks on the ledge and the debit machine. Once we finally got are food we had to find a table that wasn't full of garbage from other customers. ( There was no one there when we showed up and only one other costumer showed up while we where there ) if that wasn't enough the double cheeseburger combo my mother ordered the cheeseburger meat had gone sour you could even smell it. It was the same concept with the meat in my poutine. We both got food poisoning from the meat being sour, we know that we got food poisoning from this place because it was the only place we had food all day. Waste of money since we trew everything out. Would not recommend eatting here unless you want food poisoning
