This has gotta be hands down the worst McDonald's in Ottawa. First I get cold food, countless times I don't get a straw in my bag and now burnt food. This is the absolutely last time I give this location a try. I waited 15 minutes for burnt food. Park me to give me burnt food?! Really? Whoever cooked this should lose their job. Not just 1 but all 4 burnt that I ordered for my family. Disgusting. This location should be ashamed to even be open.

15 minutes of sitting in the drive through, and only the left lane was getting served. What's the point of calling it fast food? What's the point of having 2 lanes if you're only going to keep serving one of them? I watched 3 cars that showed up after me get served first, causing me to wait over 15 minutes for 2 drinks and a fry lol. Wild.

We went for the Pokemon. 2 adults 45.00. How times have changed. Kids meal and a burger meal. Went through the drive through, then was told to wait in parking spot. So the convenience of the drive through was kinda blown. Happy with my pikachu box

We went here on Sunday morning. There were two cars ahead of us, stopped at the ordering kiosks. We waited several minutes, it appearing as if there was a system failure. It seems that they left a two-minute break after each car ordered! When we got to the pickup window, we waited our two minutes as staff walked around, talked to each other, etc. Either they are very short-staffed or on a labour slow down. The burgers we ordered were somewhat dry and left me with indigestion. I'm NEVER going back to this one!

Something is wrong with the coffee here. I ordered a pumpkin spice late a month or so ago and it was bitter and awful tasting, again I ordered a coffee and it tastes bitter or spoiled Now they are giving me stale, gross tasting fries like they were fried with old oil

This has to be the most DISGUSTING Mcdonald’s I have ever seen. Slow service. The employees were not wearing hair nets or gloves. Disappointed.

Their drive-thru is horrendous. Seeing a few cars on the other side passing me and still no word from the speaker on my side wasn't acceptable. I went inside to solve that problem but it seemed like no one was interested. Plus, their fries are smaller than the othet McD.

Absolutely the worst McDonald’s in Ottawa. Waited in the drive through for 20 minutes with cars backed to back. Only to be served stale cold fries. Went back to get warm fries and waited another 10 minutes. Was told to wait outside and park, had to wait again for 15 minutes. When I went up to the door, and motioned the staff to come over all he did was mock me and show the come here signs to his friend. All the staff is extremely goofy, and dancing in the kitchen not doing their jobs well. Will never be coming back, this McDonald’s should be out of service.

The worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to…I went for quick bite to eat went to the speaker and waited a good 5 minutes until someone came to take my order. The girl at the widow asked me to go to park so they could bring it out. I waited in the reserved parking spot for my McDouble burger and regular hamburger for no joke 10 minutes… THEN I get my burgers and they are both are double cheese burgers. This is the second time I've ever been to this location and it will definitely be my last.

This McDonald's is almost exactly like every other in terms of it's atmosphere. All of your stores look alike and are easy to navigate any location I've ever entered! The food is made fast, yet with care (i.e. whatever sauce on only half the burger, or an Iced frappe that has a bit too much room at the top to be a "large"). It tastes exactly as it should... McDonald's This location runs efficiently like a well-oiled machine, with each employee doing their part in keeping things running fast, and within the general health and safety standards for food served in Canada. I truly can say that I'm loving it haha!

For starters, it’s a McDonalds. The food is what it is. No point complaining or commenting there. Coffee is always awesome. Took my daughter inside to eat and was impressed. While it was very busy, they seem to do a great job at keeping it clean and clearing tables. Staff talked to customers while moving about. They also were really great with my kid, she got the same happy meal toy for 3rd time and asked if there was one to trade for. Someone went and got her a different one with a smile and were so good with her, made that kids day. Nice to see the staff being human with the customers.

It is not often I get to say this for a fast food chain restaurant but Randy went above and beyond his duties. He really has heart and takes pride in his work. He took the time to arrange a booth for our rather large group of kids and returned on several occasions to see our needs. He also cheerfully entertained our kids with colouring crayons and papers. Randy really showed passion in his work. Thank you once again Randy.

Inside is nice. Once in the drive thru however, you are locked in. Even if they don't have what you want. Seems to be an issue with a lot of McDonald's restaurants, but this one particularly traps you in so that you begin contemplating if your car can survive going over the guard if the ice cream machine is down!

For a super busy McDonald's, this was very clean. The food was fresh and the service was great. Thought we would have to wait a while because the place was packed but we received our food in record time. Best one I have been to in years.

Terrible service. We first waited 5 mins in front of the drive through and nobody spoke to us. We drove out to go inside. Then ordered through the machine, but the pinpad was not working. The machine did give us an order number and to pay at the cash. We waited for 15 minutes until I had to go and ask for my order. They had not prepared anything because I had not paid. I thought they would have called me as they had given me an order number. We left without eating as we were now 15 minutes late to an event as a result of this. On the way out I told them that the service was terrible, and one of the employees answered that he did not care.

He is punctual, efficient, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure customers have a positive experience.
