0/10. The worst tim hortons. This is the 3rd time on a different occasion I’ve received my bagel like this. They don’t even wear gloves when touching the muffins.

I came in to this location after having had previous terrible experiences but I’m glad to see a leopard hasn’t changed its spots…. We will never be back. They had no bagels, English muffins, wraps or croissants. The person who served me at the cash was chewing his gum and smacking it as he talked. I ordered our drinks - since I had already been in line for 10 mins. Only to get out to the car and back on the road to discover that my tea was coffee. Someone needs to do some retaining of this location. And maybe Tim Hortons should come and do spot checks on the quality of what is taking place at their locations. Terrible overall experience.

will go to the Tim's that is further away for now on. Staff doesn't care how long people wait. Food is always trash. You can wait 20 min for a breakfast wrap that is made terribly Owner and mangers should be ashamed of how terrible the service is.

Always nice people working here. Not much of a seating area outside or inside. More of a drive-thru or to go experience.

Asked for light butter, they gave me this. Not sure if they are taking advantage of the legalized pot in Canada, but someone is clearly high. Also the fellow who answers the mic and the window, has no personality and is the definition of a pig with lipstick on.

Two menu TVs were not working. Neither of the two girls cared, no info on when they would be fixed. Was looking to try something new, settled for the usual apple fritter, coffee. The handicap open door button does not work. A kind man on a stool came and helped me. Best part of the visit!

Slowest fast food I’ve ever been to. Can’t understand the drive through mic. (It’s the man behind the mic) horrible. Never coming back

I’ve been here a few times… first time, we went to the drive thru and nobody served us at the speaker then when we went around the workers were talking in the lobby. The next time our coffee were cold even though they were black with nothing in it. Tonight we got a mocha that tasted like hot water… and sadly didn’t realize till we were already on the highway. We kept going to the location out of convenience but now just wasting our time/money. Anyways go to another location! Or hopefully service changes 😊

Best Tims in Orleans, the coffee is pretty fresh. The staff is very nice.

Bad customer service. Employee has some attitude to answer customer question. After making coffee he didn’t say this one is our coffee after 5 min of wait we ask is it our coffee then he said yes. Not a good customer service ever I got.

Food was good service was slow , counter person had trouble understanding english ......😡

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Terrible location. I had a bad experience a few months back where I could hear the young staff swearing at each other while waiting for my food so I said to myself I wouldn’t go back. My boyfriend wanted to stop and I said not to but he said it was the most convenient location. We received a farmers wrap with no sauce or hash brown and a bagel with nothing on it when he asked for cream cheese. On top of that, the young staff were too busy talking to each other and hardly paid attention to us. Absolutely terrible. Do not go there.
