Mr Shawarma is an incredible shawarma spot! Their beef sandwich is mouthwatering, and the grill shot on the bread takes it to the next level. The flavors are amazing, and the service is top-notch. Don't miss out on this culinary gem! Love it !!

Food is good but depends who makes it. I have been here few times and thought it was one off but staff especially serving food is cold, indifferent and rude. Greets others well and serves food well. Our food portioning and sauces was not right, had to repeat myself and their clothes were touching the food...overall just unpleasant. Food industry should be pleasent and friendly no matter who they serve and should not over talk their customers with fellow colleagues in their language and laugh.

Anniversary Special ad on the road is false advertising. Don’t say you want the special or else they will sprinkle hardly any toppings in your sandwich or ask you to pay more money… what the heck?!?. Many toppings were excluded. What a joke. Find out for yourself if you want, but I 100% will never go back nor recommend to anyone. Customer service was a joke. Scummy service. Rude. Btw, there’s no garlic sauce taste to their garlic sauce😂

I love their shawarma! Very fresh and teasty. Im usually ordering take out and they make it fast. Good and fast service.

On the night before our wedding we had 40 of our closest family members at the house to meet for the first time. To keep the food simple but tasty we wanted to order Shawarma from Mr. Shawarma - our favourite place! Bilal had exceptional customer service, making sure we coordinated the right amount and variety of food for all our guests. Everyone loved it and kept talking about the food. So glad we have this place so close to us.

Shawarma was adequately packed with meat & veggies, I didn’t notice anything dry about the chicken as the whole sandwich was pretty saucy. Potatoes were filled up to so much that the container almost didn’t hold them all and tasted pretty good (slightly strong flavour of i think cumin? came through at each bite), garlic sauce was a little lacklustre in flavour but overall was a good experience ordering from here.

These people are so rude. My last visit here! They always laugh with each other while speaking a different language, and what appears to be making fun of you for your order if it’s vegetarian. Drive down the road to Shawarma Prince, they always have a smile on and give you heaping loads of GOOD food!!!

Mr shawarma is by far the best shawarma in town, it’s my family and I favourite to go to shawarma I’ve ordered family platters to sandwiches and they are always well organized, clean and always a fast and friendly service with so much tasty good food, they are very generous. Definitely worth my money, if you haven’t tried this place your missing out.

I work close by to this Mr .Shawarma and have been going there 2-4 days a week @ lunch for 5 years. Without question, this the best and freshest quality ingredients you will ever find on a shawarma in all Ottawa. Sadly I will be moving to the east coast in a month and will absolutely miss eating here as well as their great staff!...Colin

Was told by a friend to check this place out, and it definitely did not disappoint. Food was amazing, portions were great, and workers were very kind. This place is my new go to, you guys just earned yourself a new regular.

Mr. Shawarma is an absolute gem, each bite offers perfectly spiced and tender shawarma. My personal favorite pick in the city in terms of shawarma.

Ordered the mixed plate. Juicy meat, huge portions. Highly recommend.

I decided not to go there anymore. Today I went there with my mom for the beef plate. The beef was much less than other restaurants and they cheated us with a think layer of beef covering half of the plate. We just received like the beef in sandwich. 23 dollars for a sandwich like beef plate. I am done with their attitude of cheating us.

I came Saturday and I Wanted to have dinner at Mr shawarma, But the service was slower than everr. I understand that on Remembrance Day it’s busier than regular days, however, there was ONE staff member working only ! I used to come every weekend but I don’t think I got time to wait all this long.

I think by far best beef shawarma I have tasted, chicken is also very juicy and tasty. Definitely a place I would recommend
