Vesna and Sarah were very welcoming and provided excellent service. They were very professional during the whole session. The room were we had our double relaxation massage was clean and cozy. The aromatherapy oil that they use was a wonderful blend and not over powering. We left totally relaxed. Highly recommend Ottawa Medical Spa.

I always have a great experience when I go in for a treatment. Vesna is amazing she helped me get rid of all my unwanted keratosis spots and explained how the procedure worked the first time I went. She takes the time to answer all my questions. The spa itself is always clean and is beautifully decorated. I will definitely be going back for sure. Highly recommended them!!

I have been a client for over 10 years and have had nothing but wonderful experiences every time. I always leave feeling refreshed and my skin is always glowing for weeks to come. My favourite service is the Oxy-Geneo facial, it is definitely a must try and something everyone should experience. The products used are phenomenal. I've suffered from cystic acne as an adolescent and continued to have acne as an adult, but after acne facials and the right skin care regimen my skin is the best it's ever been. My favourite products to use are the Vivier Ultra Purifying Clay Mask, Vivier Vitamin C scrub and the Alumiers Clarifying Collection. I had also suffered from very deep acne scaring on my cheeks and jawline from the cystic acne but after continuous treatments and regular skin care routine, they're basically non-existent at this point. The treatments I've had done: Waxing, Acne treatments, facials of every kind, Microneedling, microdermabrasion, vampire facial, Oxy-Geneo, IPL acne treatment, massages, chemical peels, jelly face masks and im sure there are more. I refer as many people as I possibly can, this is a family run establishment and I will always do my best to support local business'. 🙂

Beautiful medispa with great customer service. I have regular massages there and can’t recommend Vesna enough, she truly tailors her massages to your muscle tensions and applies the perfect amount of pressure to work through your knots. The medispa is very clean and modern with gorgeous decorative pieces. Their laser hair removal services are great too, they have advanced laser technologies and much more other services.
