Very disappointed. I ordered the buffalo chicken poutine because the slices looked old. The pizza pizza employee was unfamiliar with the dish and there was definitely a language barrier. I think she tried her best but, there was no chicken, very little cheese, very little gravy, no banana peppers over cooked fries. However I did enjoy the buffalo sauce. I opened it in front of her and asked about the chicken and she kind of shrugged it off . Laughable experience.

Apparently I can't give a 0 rating. Stop wasting customers time. Get off the Too good to go app. I purchased food. Went to pick it up and they said it was cancelled. So no food ready. Had to get a refund.

Service is always friendly and efficient. Quality of the food is consistently very good.

Definitely a language barrier and 100% not trained staff. Took the guy about 10 minutes to punch in three medium pizzas. Staff doesn’t know how to make a Hawaiian and you have to tell them. Then they proceed to forget the pineapples after they make it. I knew something was up when they didn’t show the box. Luckily, I opened the box and checked, and they were indeed missing pineapples. When I told the cook, she told me pineapples go on a Hawaiian in a confused look. Pizza was not that good. Please train your staff, it’s obvious the people working the night of the 19th had little to no training

Good pizza every time, not oily or burned. Clean location and friendly staff. They do make mistakes during rush hour times so be sure to open the box and confirm you have the right order. Stromboli doesn't look like the photo though.

Order was placed using the Pizza Pizza phone line and they screwed up inputing our order in the system. Pizza was made improperly despite telling them it was wrong. Called customer service line and all they provided was a $2 credit for our next order which is completely unacceptable. Went back to the store and they refused to provide us with a correct pizza. Will not be going there again and would encourage you to find elsewhere to get your pizza as well.

I waited a while longer than I should have for my two medium pizzas. Where I should have received one combination and 1 Canadian on a regular crust, I ended up with two combinations on a thin crust. No I will not recommend this location to anyone.

Pizza pizza had this stereotype that’s why we avoided it for so long but we had to make an emergency stop here after 4 hours being on the road. My wife and I got two different pizzas and some wings. Pizzas were amazing, not bathe in butter thus not too greasy. We added two more orders of the wings cause it was that good! Haven’t had this brand for 7 years but this was a great experience. I can’t remember her name but I recall that it ended with Lyn. Shout out to her for cleaning the already cleaned highchair before offering for my daughter! That’s what we call going over and beyond duty.

love this place! Craved a late night pizza and wings and it was ready in 15! Will be coming back <3

I gotta admit, we all say the same thing about how there is always a better place than PizzaPizza..however this time..it was in fact the best pizza I'd ever had in relate. The dough was different and fluffy fresh, the crust was full and delicious. The sauce complemented, while the meats and cheeses were cooked to perfection. It was odd I'll admit..but made conversation its greatness..sooo..I'll give it another go without hesitation.

Unfortunately i am stuck with this location. When the guys on strandherd were literally 2 mins away from my house. 1st order half cooked pizza 2nd order burnt. Ive asked for a replacement lets see if they get it right this time.

Incredible pizza, always fresh with A LOT of toppings; I’ve written off other pizza pizza locations I’ve lived nearby for this. I can’t seem to understand why all of the negative reviews me and my family have never been disappointed here not to mention they have incredible reputation via word of mouth I mean even the movers freaked out when they heard the pizza is coming from Beaverwood rd... definitely worth your time and money.

Regular customer at this location and their food always delicious. I will go back again, recently they were refurbished the store. Looks good

The Pizza here is awesome! The toppings and the way they make the pizza is just outstanding. They add the right amount of sauce, cheese, and toppings. They have it delivered quickly with no delays! This one may be better than the pizza pizza in barrhaven. I think I have no complaints about this place tbh.

Good food (the cheesy bread is especially great) and friendly staff! I come here on my lunch break often and it's always an easy transaction.

All the staffs are very accommodating. Their pizza and all their meals are the best.
