    Terrible attitude from the staff and didn't bother to get the order right. We ordered a cheeseburger with extra pickles and onions and a western BBQ with extra BBQ sauce. This is what we were given. This isn't the first time I've gotten bad service from this location. I've been through the drive-through a few times for small coffee orders and regularly get terrible attitude from the person I'm placing the order with.

    Accessibility: Fully accessibly. Your standard McDonald's with fast service. March 2023 3★ -Very fast service. -Mcflurries not well mixed. -Felt rushed and not valued despite not being very busy.

    Often wait 15 to 25 minutes if going at noon even if there is less than 12 cars in front. They should be better organized for rush hours. The other day in september 2023 i waited 20 minutes to be told there was no sausage parties at 10am. Today the coke taste like water again because the mix was not right. There is room for improvement!

    I am so disappointed. Came here two weeks ago it was spotless. Clean and it smelled good. Today there are garbage on the floor every were, garbage disposal are overflowing. I understand it’s a special day, but no reason to let it go that bad.

    My order was perfect. Thomas, who took my order is definitely a model employee. He greeted me before my order, and even though he had a mask, his eyes clearly displayed he was smiling. I unfortunately live close to the 594 Montreal location...I think that whole location should either be shut down, or a full staff/Management lay off..If I could make a suggestion it would be to place a few employees like Thomas in as managers for staff to be led by Leaders who exude values that compliment the food service industry business model...I will drive an extra ten minutes from now on to never give another cent to 594 Montreal rd's poor excuse for such a long standing tradition.... McDonald's corporation should be embarrassed that they have allowed that location to continually turn loyal customers towards other restaurant chains in disgust of McDonald's

    Several times now over the last year, at the drive thru in the evening or at night, this location is atrociously slow. Constructive comments aren't taken seriously my the manager or corporate. Two days ago, we waited 9 minutes as the first car in the drive thru before ordering just for the employee to serve the lane beside first despite them arriving well after. Another 11 minutes until we finally got our order of 4 cheeseburgers. Absolutely unacceptable. When politely addressing the wait with the employee, they just shrugged and did not seem to think anything was wrong.

    Have to say this location impressed. The dining room was really clean, the staff were very polite, and my Big Mac didn’t look like it was thrown together and coming apart. Compared to other locations in this city I was pleasantly surprised at this spot. Well done.

    They gave me extra fries at no cost for a long wait(I waited about 10 mins for a burger and a happy meal) so I am very happy. The sandwiches were carefully prepared, not sloppy like some other locations. Overall I’d say this is one of the better McDonald’s locations even with the wait time. My iced coffee was well made too.

    The very last time I went there, they forgot to give me a bag of my food. So I went back to get it and the manager fought me for it. He accused me of trying to get free food and said I would have to pay again. Even though I had the receipt from 10 minutes earlier. Then he gave me a number for the store owner, which turned out to be a false number. It wasn't very much. I wasn't going to leave without the food I paid for. All in all. Terrible service. And they never fill the fries up. My standards are not that high but really... I don't know why they choose to fail them every time.

    You have a Asian assistant manager who was very rude. I asked for something he gave me a look and turned around walked away. Regarding milk and chocolate milk Last time I come here as the customer service was bad and the order was wrong. The service really sucked in this restaurant as he treated the staff around him ignorantly. Your lucky your nit my boss I'd put u in your place and report you.

    Really bad drive through service. I repeated my order 3 times, reconfirmed again as we paid for our order. When we got our order, it was incorrect. Really bad service! I spoke to.the manager who offered to mail a voucher, but still haven't received it. Not going back to this location. It's not a hard job to properly take an order!!

    Better service than the other McDonald's in Vanier. They know how to work the double lane at the drive through and not have you wait there for over 15 minutes while other cars take their orders.

    A lot of black teenagers talk loudly, jumping up and down behaving like zoo animals. Disturbing the peaceful enjoyment of other patrons. They have no shame at all.

    This is (was) our neighbourhood go to when we need a quick meal. No more. If you must go, use the drive through. They simply don't care about the walk in traffic. They mark orders as complete to thwart the data collection on how they are performing. You wait forever and don't think about putting in the order at the counter. This is the second visit in a month that has been horrendous. We watched a woman lose her mind to get a refund after waiting 20 minutes for a burger. We got ours (finally) and everything tasted reheated or lukewarm.
