    Atmosphere is great. Nice & Clean. Service is hit or miss. Like most places these days due to staffing shortages. Washrooms are usually clean. Mobile order parking spots are in a good spot.

    Worst McDonalds experience I've ever had. Where do you start. Washrooms were disgusting and used my foot to flush the urinals, garbage overflowing. Ordering: Kiosk was so dirty it did not recognize my touch, you had to repeatedly tap on your items. Waiting..... waiting..... waiting... for food. This was brutal and not just for me. I will give them they were busy, but they were not short staffed. They were tripping over each other with no guidance or direction. 32 minutes to get my food- crispy chicken combo and quarter pounder with bacon combo. When I inquired about the food they said they were understaffed, I can see your staff as noted above. When I inquired again, sorry we are swamped. I get it your a fast food restaurant, fully staffed and cannot get out two meals, or two milkshakes (lady behind me), two ice coffees (family next to me), 6 piece chicken nugget meal to the gentleman who came back because you only put 4 in the box, oh, and the girl who came back because you gave my single quarter pounder to her when she ordered a double. You served milkshakes that was just milk and when your staffed noticed they showed each other laughed and put a lid on it, stated it's drive-thru. I wouldn't order a Mcflurry here the machine looked like it was out of the dumpster and the left over food was still attached to it. Cash registers were not printing receipts so outside of nobody getting their order they didn't know what there order number was. I eventually asked for a Manager, the manager heard me as we made eye contact and then walked to the back of the kitchen and a worker apologized again and walked away. When I asked again I was told my food was being made.... yes... I am aware it has being made for the past 30 minutes. Honestly this is the worst review I have given and it is well deserved. #mcworst.

    Worse service ever. Took 25 minutes to get food. Redefining fast food gone wrong. All the guests had mistakes on their order, some client got burgers without meat!!!! How does that happen? Our order was missing burgers and the food was lukewarm. Didn't look like they were understaffed, there was at least 8 employees in the kitchen. Not like it was rush hour either.. we arrived at 7h30 pm! I even asked for help, some employee looked me straight in the eyes and walked away with acknowledging me. A disgrace to the McDonald's name.

    Very, very slow. Newly renovated, which normally would mean more efficient. Not in this case. Disastrous. Takes forever to get the food. Drive-thru they tell to go park because food isn't ready and then they have more cars than parking spaces, meaning when they bring food out they don't know which car. Waited for one hour for our food. When they finally brought it out we were told they had forgotten about our order and the order for the car next to us (they had arrived 10 minutes after us). Avoid this location, you could go to a proper dine in and get faster service. They have removed the fast from fast food.

    Kid taking the money was more interested in flirting with a much younger employee than taking the money in drive thru, the runner kid must've gave my bag to another car because I waited 15 mins and when I backed into the drive-thru lane, they told me they just started cooking it, and yet u watched 4 cars come thru. Their excuse, was oh they're new and learning. Well, I'm sorry, but they should be fired. Maybe they'll take the next job serious. Oh, and then my order was wrong. Good thing I'm not allergic to what I requested to not be on the burger.

    - Waited 20 minutes for my children's dinner to come out. - Came with 3 out of 4 meals. - Finally got missing hapoy meal. Went home. 2 nuggets instead of 4. Never have I EVER received a properly completed order from this McDonalds. The employees joke about working for what most of Orleans would call "the worst McDonalds." Need better management and to raise their standards. Fast food chain or not.

    First time since renovation and all I can say is the service is awful. It took 26 minutes to get the food, the 3 burgers we had were not correct. Quarter BLT no mayo, Quarter maple and crispy onions and hardly any maple sauce and only 2 onions. The order was missing an item and they wanted to check my bags to be sure. I hope they improve as this is ridiculous in terms of service.

    Every time I order here their food quality is poor and they even miss some of my items I order. If you want reliable and quality food order from a different McDonald’s and it would be worth the extra wait!

    A group of 2 adults and 1 child. The speed of the order was great. However, errors were made on all 3 orders. The kids' meal had no fries, my wife ordered a quarter pound cheese with no Ketchup,pickels or onions. She received a plain no cheese 1/4 pounder. She went up to have them add cheese, but they said she ordered a plain cheeseburger so they didn't add the cheese. They gave her a fresh burger after the arguing. I ordered a 1/4 lb cheese no pickels. I received the burger without onions, again I went to the counter and you could tell they were tired of seeing. They told me 1/4 lb cheese doesn't have onions. The individual told me he just took the cooking course, and they never add onions on a 1/4 lb cheese. I've been ordering 1/4 cheese since the 1970s and there was always onions. I could go on but there was no changing their mind. I went back to my table and looked up a Macdonalds 1/4 lb cheese, and sure enough, the recipe indicated onions, pickels, and ketchup. Being that peed off I showed them the recipe. They got really rude and gave me my money back. All I wanted was onions, which one employee offered me, but the person taking care of refunded me, and I never did get the onions. I will return because I've enjoyed Macdonalds since the 1970s. A very bad experience with rude employees.

    After its reopening, progress have been made to make it more attractive, but service regressed unfortunately! Once there, we had to look for a clean place with a clean table and it wasn't that easy ! In addition to that, my friend had to wait 28 minutes to have her order ! (No need to talk about the people coming to complain about things missing in their orders). Finally, it was a lot to deal with for an hour spent there !

    Wait 20 minutes for order (2 combos) Finally asked the staff where the order was. I was told "they were waiting on food" It magically appeared when I asked for a refund. Not sure what they were waiting on because every single item in the order was cold.

    Went through the drive through to grab just a coffee my coffee was gross tasted like hot cream literally so I went back waited in the drive through was asked a million questions before they replaced it with a new one and guess what my new coffee that I got was even worse at this point I threw it in the garbage and went to Tim Hortons instead lol now I remember why I never go to McDonald’s anymore

    Now I know it's mcdonalds.. but this is bad for them. Went in asked for a simple order of- 1medium vanilla latte & 1 medium pumpkin spice latte We left with 1 large coffee and a burnt medium pumpkin latte I mean come on

    This restaurant is very unfriendly to delivery drivers. Frequently ignores driver's inquiries. The service bell set up for the driver to pick up the food is in vain. No one responds to the bell. The employee hides in the distance and pretends not to see the driver waiting when he sees it. The driver comes to the restaurant within the time specified by the system, but finds that it is often not ready and has to wait an extra 15 to 20 minutes or even longer. The restaurant lied to the UBER program about setting meal preparation times. They have probably had that order for 20 mins. They just didn't start working on it. The way the system works is that the restaurant gets the order. Then a timer starts. (when setting up their tablet they put in the prep times of all items). So let's just say it was a burger and fries. They program their system for 24 mins for it to be prepped and ready. About 8 mins out the tablet will ping a driver. Uber estimates it could take about 8 mins to arrive for pick up. Most likely one of two things happened. They are paying absolutely no attention to their POS/tablet OR the moment it came in they selected order is ready for pick up. The restaurant can add additional time to the order if it isn't ready yet and they can tell the device that the order is ready and to ping a driver. It isn't Uber's fault for once. It is actually the restaurants.
