I don't like to leave bad comments, but I am trying to make it real, this one is for administration to think on their manager's renewal. As this negative experience gives an impact on later on attitude to the whole business. Well, let's begin. I know macdac is a place for the low income families and those families bring in very low standards of behavior in common places. But!! The restaurant's superiors should not adjust. It is their responsibility to keep it clean, sanitized, to work on service improvement. Children wanted to draw a bit, so there were colouring papers, but no crayons at all, even used ones could work, but no, nothing. Then, the the girl in the cashier was a newbie and it took a while for her to accept our order. They have forgotten about the donut in the order, although it was paid of. Ana they didn't bring any apologies for that. The fries were of very bad taste. Seemingly, that they change frying oil once in couple of days! Very bitter taste.

This location was recently renovated, which is good, but the staff still does not care about keeping the place clean - still one of the filthiest McDonald's locations I've ever encountered

This is how Big Mac looks with without bun on Uber delivery. Completely cold while I’m living 700m and they forgot to put fries. (And yeah, there is no sauce but I’ve ordered it)

McDonald's breakfast was just okay. The food was hot and fresh, but nothing particularly stood out in terms of taste or quality. The menu options were standard for fast food breakfast, including sandwiches, hotcakes, and hash browns. The service was fast and efficient, but the staff could have been friendlier. Got myself a: Big Mac meal 4 Stars. Quarter pounder BLT way too much mayonnaise. 3 Stars McDoubles with cheese 4 Stars. It's a big difference since the last time I was there they rushed my food when it didn't need to be which turned out to be bad for many reasons. McDonald's used to be a place where if you were short on cash you could get a cheap burger but now can't do that anymore McDonald's need to get to what made them so popular..

I don’t recommend you to order from to this McDonald’s, this is the second time I pay for double burgers and get a single ones instead. Even the boxes say DOUBLE but both burgers were not double as you can see .

Just opened my quarter pounder and it's the most disgusting I have ever seen. It's so full of grease that the bun is SOAKED.

Bought hotcakes this morning I was charged extra for chocolate syrup on the side I didn’t get the syrup on the side and when I was on the line I asked the person is it in the bag he said yes. As you can see in the picture it looks like someone has already bite into the pancake!!

No tables are ever clean. Garbages are always spilling and someone with black curly long hair was in my burger. Disgusting. They just throw you food in a bag i swear. Its cold and not freash at all. Coffee looked appalling. Staff are soo rude. Terrible mcdonalds. Save ypurself the hassle and travle a bit further. Dont go here. Who knows what thenkitchen looks like if thier dinning area is unhygienic. Im calling food safety

In person ordered take out, pretty fast, but paid for extra sauces and extremely disappointed. Literally less than a fifth in one.

They have 2 employees every Friday morning who hate there job, and they make sure the customers knows they hate their job. Very rude taking orders and won’t even reply to a good morning or have a good day. Today one of them didn’t put the coffee lid on right and it fell into my vehicle. Didn’t offer any napkins to help clean it up and didn’t even offer to refill it. Worst McDonald service I’ve seen
