I have been a regular customer at this Gabriel's for years, and the service has always been excellent. Today they generously offered to accommodate my partner and I by pre-preparing breakfast for us so we could eat when we got there past 3 p.m. (when breakfast finishes). There is a serious family medical emergency now preventing us from going, and we had to call and say we are genuinely unable to make it. Instead of being met with empathy and understanding while in the face of an emergency, we were told "we will not be doing this again" because of the waste of food. We were prepared to pay, as we are reasonable people and understand the issue this creates for the restaurant. I don't think I will be going back due to the lack of empathy shown to us.

Take out on Friday night and delivery on Saturday night to our hotel were both awesome. Great food, no issues at all. Love Gabe's when we're in Ottawa.

The food was good and the service was really good. It's a decent sized restaurant, family friendly but with a bar. You can watch the game, or even go for breakfast. It tends to be a quiet place, but can be really busy at peak times. They have a really nice patio during the summer. They have lots of highchairs available for kids and large booths available. They have a takeout section with a separate entrance as well.

I had a lovely meal at this location. I don’t think I have been to a Gabriel’s Pizza before and I did not go for pizza. No, I tried the eggs Benedict and some wings. Both were filling and fine. What set this location apart was the lovely waitress. She was witty, friendly to all customers, extremely perception and efficient fat beyond the ordinary. Nor was she hovering over the customers, she had the perfect balance of maintaining great service without disrupting the meals of the hungry customers.

Went to have a quick brunch! Overall it was a nice experience. The waitress was super nice, the service was excellent & the food came in no time which was perfect because I was hungry 😅 Their breakfast menu has a lot of nice variety, savory and sweet. We ordered the avocado eggs with potatoes & pancakes with mixed fruits. Both plates were delicious & fresh. The breakfast menu comes with your choice of coffee or tea.

Great food, great service. Restaurant was busy Sunday morning - good sign the food is good. I ordered the breakfast plate with bacon and home fries plus a side of pancakes. The bacon was crispy, eggs were perfect. The only thing is that the home fries are from frozen but still tasty. I’d love fresh made home fries (like my mother used to make) - otherwise I’d give five stars.

This is NOT a Chicken Shwarma. This is a pile of gross. Those wraps I spent even extra for the pickles ($4.00) were not shwarmas at all. That bread is not shwarma bread at all. Overall, this was a gross experience, not as advertised and garbage.

Overpriced is about all I can say. Took my son for chicken fingers and French fries, i had a Nashville chicken sandwich and a beer, both were okay nothing special, and for the price paid I would expect bigger portions. $50 with tip is kinda steep for what they are offering. Service was mediocre. Interesting fact, all menu items are essentially the same as the takeout side but 20-30% more expensive, I don’t get it.

We don't usually order take out as a family but the odd time we don't mind ordering a pizza. Second time the overall taste of the pizzas have been very bland. You would think that Italian sausages and black olives would give decent flavor to a pizza. Very disappointed.

The breakfast was excellent this morning. Melanie provided welcoming, friendly, polite and attentive service. The food was tasty. The price was reasonable. I had a nice chat with the owner and can appreciate how hard they are working in such a competitive industry.

Unfortunately we had a very poor experience with Gabriel pizza this past weekend. We ordered takeout from a nearby hotel, and after about an hour of waiting I called to check up on our order. At this time it seems the order was put through, and we waited about another 20 minutes to receive our pizza. The food was excellent, and delivery driver was nice, however a very disappointing experience from customer service perspective. I would not recommend pizza delivery through Gabriel Pizza.
