What you order vs whats you get. Thanks Taco Bell.

No napkins, no fork, fried and tacos were cold, no hi or any conversation or anything. Very disappointed, didn't even wanna go back to the location. Taco bell as a whole is awesome, and a favorite, just not this one in Orleans.

Takeout order was made relatively quick and nothing was forgotten. There are always lots of specials and the staff was patient with us while we tried to figure out our order. I feel the tacos could have used more meat in them.

Went through the drive through and they forgot to give me two items. Went inside and politely stood at the front cash where they had no one attending. I had to call out into the kitchen to get someone to acknowledge my missing items. Finally got back to the car to eat and every taco is about 50-60 percent empty with barely any lettuce. Worst Taco Bell I've been to from Toronto to Ottawa. Inside was fairly clean.

If there was an option for zero stars I would be putting that instead. Customer service is a big part of working in any industry, but the staff that I had the pleasure of talking to (note the sarcasm) don't seem to have any comprehension of what good customer service is. The staff members were incredibly rude and could be overheard saying mean things about the customers. I will not be returning to this location for the sheer lack of human civility.

First time trying Taco Bell, really impressed with the taste, definitely coming again. I Just think they could add more sauce to the supreme nachos 😋😋

Terrible service. We placed our order and whoever was at the window serving us must've lost their tongue cause they just starred longingly at us with a gapped mouth. They handed us food and just kind of stood there... we weren't sure if he was going to hand us another bag so we asked if that was it (the window is still open) but he had already started doing something on his screen and couldn't hear us or couldn't see us speaking to him until we asked a third time. He nodded with a blank stare, mouth still gapped. Guess he didn't know how to use his tongue but he sure knew how to show it off let me tell ya.

We went for KFC, best fried chicken that I know, the food is excellent as usual however I would say even with their new fries they still taste like cardboard and are not very good I don't know why. When buying buckets we take salads instead those are excellent

Taco Bell, where the shell crunch turned into a crumble, making it messier than a food fight. The broken shells left me questioning life choices, while the fries, colder than the Arctic. The only thing enjoyable about this experience was the cinnamon delight. Won’t be back for a while.

I'm not sure what I can say about the food - it's Taco Bell. This location gets 3 stars because the speed of service is abysmal. I once went inside to order on a weekday evening. There were not that many customers, and it still took 45 minutes to receive the food. For context, I am vegetarian and so is my husband, so we were not even waiting for any meat to cook. They pretty much ignored us the entire time and avoided giving updates on why the food took so long. This was the worst service experience but it's not much better usually. Long time to receive food, wrong order given, sometimes items missing. Do better, please.

truly the worst taco bell ever. i’ve order twice on here from uber eats and it’s been a disappointment each time. the first time i ordered, i specified an allergy to sour cream and they put tons of sour cream on my order, so i couldn’t eat it. this time, they listened and didn’t put any sour cream on my order, but gave me only lettuce in my crunch wrap. ONLY lettuce. there was maybe a tablespoon of meat. it’s truly baffling how bad someone can be at their job.

Great service amazing staff food was good. One star because their machines have a tip promp but all tips go to stores and not the hard working employees…
