I cant even fathom how terrible the quality control was for this pizza. There are splotches where there is NO cheese (second picture) and other splotches where the cheese had not even fully melted. The bottom left has barely any cheese, and the whole pizza looks like they threw cheese at it with zero attempt to actually get cheese on the pizza. Don't think I'll be ordering from this location again...

The pizza was not supposed to have olives on and it was loaded with so many that they could not be picked off without destroying the pizza. The pizza was so greasy that when we picked up the box our finger went through it. Under the pizza was an extra piece of cardboard that was so wet it was like wet paper stuck to the pizza. Complete waste of money. Pizza was not in any shape to be eaten.

Best pizza in Ottawa The service was great & quick I ordered 2 small pizzas ; one meat lover and one Quatro Fromage ...both were great with ...toppings were fresh We were 2 adults and a lil boy and we were more than full !! A must visit each time I come to Ottawa

Great Poutine. Tasty pizza. I wasn't so happy with the staff's attitude over phone though. Another thing was that they were not using masks when I entered to pick up my order and didn't bother to do so afterwards! I'd say I really liked the food but not the rest of it!

Most of my experiences with Milanos has been good. Usually good food, tonight was not that night. Got delivery of half my meal at a time. Got the club which was ok delivered on the 1st round, at which the delivery guy realized the pizza and cheese bread was not there. Once it did finaly arrive it have way over cooked and cold and garlic bread we as dry as the cardboard box it came in. I understand it is new years eve but to have this kind of service was very disappointing

The owner gave us a good discount even tho we where complete strangers and he was working with a smile on his face the food was amazing and u should definitely hit it up before u leave Ottawa.

My family and I came across the restaurant on a rainy day and decided to go in for shelter. The owner was extremely welcoming and kind to us. We decided to order a daily special and he was even kind enough to charge us free of one of our drinks. Not to mention the pizza was absolutely delicious and portion sizes are amazing for the price! Additionally, the owner was kind enough to give us a discount on the wings and we enjoyed them. He jokingly wouldn’t let us tip him extra😂. Overall, staff is extremely friendly, hospitable, empathetic, and respectful. We deeply appreciate the kind gesture the owner did for us. The service quality was truly exceptional, we can’t wait to come back.

Looks a bit sketchy, but the pizza was AMAZING! So generous with the toppings and definitely worth the little wait. 10/10 would recommend

Love Milano's, Love the Pizza, and their Breaded Cheese Curds are awesome too...the only downside I have been having lately is that they keep forgetting to bring me the House Garlic Dip I ordered to go with my Pizza...on more then one occasion too. WHY? HOW? Its literally on the Order and the Receipt...how do you straight up forget the Dipping Sauce? Its always the Dipping Sauce. Some nights the orders are flawless, and I'm happy, but lately they just been forgetting the Dipping Sauce. And for that reason I have to dock a Star on an otherwise perfect Score. Please do better Milano's! Sincerely a Loyal Customer who wishes to remain that way...but if this keeps up I won't be ordering from here for a while...

Two orders in a row now have been messed up. Missing poutine on one then the next one missing 2 dipping sauce and bacon on the pizza. These orders are done online so the instructions are printed . Needless to say will be ordering from another location going forward.
