have
shopped
many
times
at
this
location
and
usually
most
of
the
staff
is
courteous
and
friendly,
this
time
I
had
to
return
a
winter
coat
I
purchased
recently,
I
noticed
a
lot
of
"cotton
balls"
in
front
and
on
the
arms
so
I
checked
my
receipt
and
still
on
time
to
return
it,
I
decided
to
go
to
the
store
and
see
what
my
options
were.
On
December
28th
evening,
I
stopped
at
the
store
and
the
only
employee
there
told
me
that
her
years
in
Retail
tell
her
that
I
had
washed
the
coat,
I
was
offended
because
I
didn't,
brought
it
to
her
attention
that
the
coat
could
only
be
dry
clean,
she
insisted
that
it
was
washed
and
that
I
had
to
speak
with
the
Mgr.,
who
would
be
in
the
next
day.
Dropped
by
the
store
on
Dec.29th
and
I
was
attempting
to
explain
the
situation
to
the
Mgr.,
I
brought
in
a
coat
that
I
purchased
from
Cleo
over
10
years
ago
to
show
her
the
excellent
condition
that
still
is
in.
This
has
only
been
"dry
clean"
even
though
it
can
be
washed,
as
per
label.
She
wasn't
very
pleasant,
kept
asking
what
I
was
doing
when
I
wore
the
coat,
if
I
rubbed
with
something?
the
coat
didn't
have
any
cotton
balls
on
the
back
just
in
certain
places,
there
were
several
customers
and
she
kept
asking
me
in
front
of
them
and
also
made
me
wait
for
a
while,
needless
to
say,
she
didn't
have
much
tact
handling
the
situation,
she
didn't
have
to
embarrass
me
in
front
of
other
customers.
I
go
to
church,
I
believe
in
doing
good
and
being
respectful
and
that's
what
kept
me
calm.
I
don't
believe
that
I
will
go
back
to
that
store,
the
good
customer
service
skills
are
becoming
things
of
the
past.
