    The new location is very clean and modern looking. The charging stations are a nice touch. The food was hot and tasted great. The staff was friendly and professional. Excellent service!

    This is by far the cleanest Taco Bell I have ever been to. I usually dine in the dinning room and the food is always really fresh. In fact it's the best Taco Bell I've ever had. Only once have I had fries that weren't fresh, and they did re-make my fry supreme when I mentioned it. This is not the typical fast-paced Taco bell, there are fewer employees and it isn't super fast, but I don't mind waiting when the food is fresh (Max 5 - 10 mins). The staff is always pleasant and MOST IMPORTANTLY - THIS PLACE IS SUPER CLEAN!!!!! Probably one of the cleanest kitchens / dining rooms I've ever seen in a fast food restaurant. To the folks complaining the food wasn't fresh after driving home with it, or getting into a "car accident"???..... you realize these are taco's and that's just the nature of the beast.... right? If you don't want a soggy hard shell ... then dine-in, they are fast food workers, not magicians. Also, the ambient music has great bass if anyone cares!

    Incredibly disappointed. I know that Taco Bell already gets a not so good name from their service. But I thought after paying 35.00 for 5 tacos and fries and being disappointed by meal I have to say something. My fries tasted like they were old and possibly re fried. Or left under a warmer. I feel like it cost Taco bell next to nothing to make a fresh batch of French fries ( or have a timer to get rid of the old fries ) I've included a photo of my gross fries. We have all had fries that have been left out so it's very easy to tell when fries weren't done right. Time was not in my favor tonight as I could not go back (nor should I have to go back). My service was good. The food was not. I will not be returning and hope that this message serves well if you would like to keep customers in the future.

    What I ate: Doritos Locos Tacos (x2) and Supreme Fries. This taco bell is okay. Service was pretty excruciatingly slow due to a machine issue which I can't blame on them but it was still a bit annoying. Food was okay but the fries honestly tasted like how sweaty gym shorts smell. Cost is decent but it's kinda very meh food. If you've got a craving it's nice but really that's only when it's worth it.

    My daughter said that she liked the food. The lady that took my order was very nice and helpful. But it was cold by the time she ate it because I got into a car accident that day. I will go back in order for her to enjoy it hot.

    Food was fabulous as expected from multinational franchise, but store looked like under staffed or may be not doing orders correctly in a sequence of first come first serve. Waited for almost 20 mins for couple value boxes. Is to that hard to serve veggie food. Moreover restaurant was not even that busy and promise time for order was 10 mins. I mean i wonder what happen to the people who have limited time for their lunch.

    I made the mistake of going to this place. And did another blunder by choosing to dine in. After several mins of waiting places the order. And the waited for me order for what seem like ages, after sometime I lost my patience and the I went to ask what was the reasons for delay. The person working the cash told Me that drive through was a priority and that I have to wait. When I complained about the wait I was rudely handled. So I asked them if I had offended them in anyway, I wanted to check if I had triggered the irritation by any chance. She responded “no” but did not do anything to answer me. I think this place is understaffed. And the franchise does not care. It is very bad stay away from this place. If there is a negative star I will give that. ***Stay clear of this place if you want anything that resembles service***

    I visit a couple of times a year when the craving arises. Staff are usually attentive and friendly, and the area is clean and well kept. It's taco bell though, the food hits the craving spot but it does come back to bite me later.

    My girlfriend and I both ordered a crunch wrap supreme and they were mostly lettuce. It was like they were avoiding putting the regular amount of on the items. The same was true for gordita crunch and my doritos locos tacos. There was barely any meat on them. It's just a bummer that they are skimping on ingredients to make an extra buck.

    40 mins currently waiting for a drive thru order. Staff brings out bags not knowing what’s even in the order. Clearly reading is not a job requirement here After an hour no food had to get refund as they never made the order gave it to all other waiting cars and made excuses that it’s busy.

    Staff looked like an Algonquin college study party and I waited 15 minutes for an order and it still hadn’t been started. There was only 1 other customer ahead of me and we both waited over 20 minutes for our food. I left before my food could arrive as I had to catch a bus and didn’t expect the service to take longer than the season finale of a police show on nbc. Not necessarily the staffs fault but maybe get more employees or give them all adderall or something. Never coming back to this location again and as there aren’t any other Taco Bell near me it’s probably my last time visiting a Taco Bell for life. Bad service no communication long wait.
