Fries, biscuit, and chicken are good. Tenders are not crispy, service is ok, and the temp in the restaurant was hot. Wasn't very happy with the tenders since they weren't crispy. The chicken pieces were pretty good. The dipping sauce weren't enough and I was charged to get 2 more sauce. It wasn't expensive but after spending $30 on fast food you'd think they'd give you an extra sauce without charging you $0.75. I've wanted to try it for a while, and now I can scratch it off my list.

Probably the best chicken of all the chains but you certainly pay a premium price for it. I'd rate them higher if not for the usual poor service and the fact that almost every time I go they always seem to be waiting on the next batch of chicken in the fryer. And I can't remember the last time I went and their soft drink fountain wasn't broken in some way. It doesn't seem to matter which restaurant I'm at which is really odd. Perhaps all of the Ottawa locations are owned by the same person which might explain the common and similar problems.

As much as I like your chicken strips and the delicious popcorn and butterfly shrimp, I cannot stand the staff working here. I find them all rude and unhappy. I'm never usually one to complain but this location has some seriously rude people working. No need to take the job so seriously. I understand it's fast food, it's quick paced and there's angry people in your face, but that's part of the job. Don't keep that angry energy with customers who are trying to lighten up your day with a smile.

The staff here needs to learn manners more than anything else. They are rude all the time and always miss a few items that I order. The girl here (really thin looking) threw the bag towards me like as if I were a homeless person. And, when I asked for some ketchup, she shrugged off and went away without saying anything. No manners, no etiquette at all. I have never seen such poor customer service in my life. I will never go to this place again. I sware to God. And will also tell all my friends, family and everyone I know to do the same.

Ordered 8 pieces family meal, came home and saw 8 pieces of chicken breast only. Aren’t they suppose to mix all pieces? We ate 4 pcs chicken breast and didn’t like to eat any more, would prefer leg pieces and wings. Never going back again. Looks like they only serve left over foods.

First off I would like it to be known that I am not the biggest fan of fried chicken. This was the second time I have been to this location of recent. The first time my tenders where somewhat rubbery and pinkish. The second time I went they did not provide me with a spoon or fork for my potatoes and forgot my biscuit. The fries are good, chicken average (when its cooked properly), and staff forget items.

Good food however the staff need to be retrained. I ordered front counter and the lady wasn’t friendly. The tables are disgusting trash everywhere. I got my food and the lady slammed in the bag which was unsettling. It’s a shame I love Popeyes chicken but for the price ur paying I expect to be treated nicely idk

Food quality good times and bad. My bf purchased a fried chicken around 9pm. Its pretty dry and salty. Not fresh not juicy. obviously they refried the overleft chicken. Will make a complaint and not go anymore. Picture shows why i said is overleft.

The girls up front are super friendly. The chicken was very good. My only concern was my chicken in my chicken sandwich was a little Frankensteinish. (See photo) A little disturbing..

Good , fresh, crisp fried chicken. Service totally fine but slow for me today. Took 15 minutes to get a bucket of chicken today for some reason. Also, $45 for 16 pieces of fried chicken seems pricey.

Pleasant employees. Chicken is always very moist and delicious. Great daily specials. Just an FYI...the chicken nuggets regularly are a 10 to 15 minute wait.

I would give zero stars if I could. Walked in and ordered tenders and poutine. They took 25 minutes to get the order ready. The poutine was so soggy by the time we go our orders. They gave us half extra tenders and mashed potatoes! Like we asked for it? Just do your job that’s all nobody wants anything extra.

This was our first time going. We got a #1 combo. We arrived right before 6pm on a Saturday. Our food was prepared quickly and it was fresh. Delish burger and fries. Service was fine. Atmosphere is ok, garbages were full and they were out of Fruitopia. There was someone cleaning the lobby the entire time we were there. We will definitely return for the delicious food.

Great chicken but very slow staff. They were standing around like a bunch of penguins, moving in slow motion, took 10 minutes to put my sandwich in a bag and hand it to me

Very dirty every single time have been at the college square location. It's dirty All of the garbage are overflowing . Tables are dirty...need tiobe cleaned. G Floors same. Yes, it's a busy spot, but there is no reason for this level of uncleanness. It takes minutes to wipe tables and change garabge bags. There is never a line with more than 4 or 5 people

This is my favourite store now. Chicken is cooked very good. I come here instead of the one on the Hazeldean road. The store on Hazeldean used rotten chicken several times and I will not go back anymore. I prefer drive 20 more min to this store. Hope they can continue the quality.

First time going there and I really enjoyed it. Ordered a spicy chicken burger and it was sooo good! Better then KFC for sure.

I wanted to rate 5 stars. But I love Popeyes food. This location is hit and miss. Sometimes you wait 15 mins for food sometimes it's ready before you can pay. Food is much saltier than normal food so if your not used to salty stuff you'll have a bad time. The gravy and the biscuits are the stars of the show for me. As a matter of fact I'm going to get some now.

I was cheated! I purchased the 4 piece platter. The lady told me it will take 8 mins because there were no breasts. Suddenly, my order was ready in a minutes. The guy (not the lady) assured me there was white meat. I get home and find out he cheated me and gave me all drumsticks!!! And it was not fresh either. I was cheated by Popeyes!!!

I am not a fan of fried chicken but my kids are so go every few weeks. The food is good. I personally love their biscuits. My biggest complaint is the cleanliness. Their tables are always dirty. Even after I request to have one cleaned so we can sit, no one seems to bother. Had to clean the table myself on several occasions in order to sit and eat.

Third time I ordered takeout from this location. Staffs are friendly, but they are known for missing items with large order/family meal, e.g. biscuits, sides, etc. It is always good to check before you leave. Personally I like the bone-in chicken more than the tenders.

Just grabbed a spicy chicken sandwich as a quick lunch. The sandwich was good, nice and crispy, chicken was juicy, and it was very hot and freshly made. The sandwich wasn't spicy at all though, and the pickles could have been better, but overall it was pretty good.

this place was awful, i ordered a 3 piece mild chicken finger meal with some ranch sauce for dipping when i got my order home they did not even give me any sauce. i go to eat my chicken fingers and they gave me the spicy ones not the mild like i asked. i would like to also point out that while i was waiting for my order a man who was in the restaurant eating came up to the girl working with the SAME problem that they gave him the spicy and not the mild. was very disappointing as all i wanted after a long day at school was some chicken fingers. this has ruined my experience and i will not be returing

The chicken was delicious and freshly prepared. The service was quick! I removed 1 star because, just like other Popeye's location, the place is super dirty! The restrooms, the tables and the floor were uncleaned ! And don't tell me that it is the lack of employe, the whole time we were there, they were 3 employe behind the cash talking together and there was no customer! They should have take a few minutes to clean the place!

Food was a 10 and the service is too they even gave an extra check piece when i ordered a 3 piece they only thing is that there lacks the presence of black people in the kitchen otherwise good restaurant.
