Grumpy old man that would choose your order and assume you're payment methods then accuse you of misinformation. Threw equipment around, seemed super grumpy about being there. Maybe just having a bad day or something. Or management needs a look over. Food is standard between pizza pizza so this review focuses more on customer service.

The hygiene at this Pizza Pizza branch was awful. The staff, including a lady and a young man, didn't wear hairnets. Moreover, the lady handling the cash engaged in preparing pizzas between customers without washing her hands, then resumed handling the cash.

Worst service one could get. Very rude. I was asking about the combo and that if can get specialty pizza in that offer he simply skipped my question and kept asking me what do you want. He left in the middle while I was ordering. The old man was arrogant. I was so upset that I wanted to leave we had not choice but but the pizzas. I hope the management look into it and at least ask the person to be nice with the customers and if they don’t like to work night shifts then quit. Unprofessional behaviour. Absolute disappointment. I’ve said this for years, and it seems to still stand true.. anything more than a cheese pizza they either under cook, or burn.extra large pizza for 16$.. sounds good…. But when you yourself can eat 5 slices and there’s still slice and 3 kids to feed…. It ain’t worth it..

This has been the most disappointing, upsetting order I have made. We ordered my husband breaded wings, myself plant based chicken bites, and sweet potato fries. Our first issue came with the delivery driver. This is the second time we have gotten this driver. This women has cursed at my husband both times now, complaining angrily about him not tipping her, swearing while doing so. SO inappropriate, unprofessional, and unacceptable!!! Our second issue, the biggest issue, is they sent us ALL MEAT!! My plant based wings were in fact REAL CHICKEN!! I am a vegetarian, and as such, would be beside myself mortified, and sick if I were to have eaten another living being!! The only saving grace from this experience, is our customer service representative I spoke with was extremely kind, apologetic, and understanding. They have set for me to receive an order of actual plant based bites, via delivery if another driver is available, or will contact us, as I offered to walk over to avoid further contact with the previous driver. All in all, if you are vegetarian/vegan, be cautious, check your food, because they may send you meat instead of your plant based options, and their delivery woman is horrible! Will ALWAYS be going to the McArthur Pizza Pizza moving forward, service is always prompt, correct, and they are all so pleasant and kind to deal with!

Good pizza good location lots of parking in front. Small but nice and clean in-store dining area. We went late night and there was only one staff working so service wasn't amazing but understandable

I was in the area for a long medical appointment and hungry after it. We could quickly find parking, order a gluten free pizza and enjoy it inside at a large clean bar style table. I would say that it's a regular Pizza Pizza. With staffing being almost impossible to get everywhere right now, it could be why they were a little short staffed at lunch but it was ok. Bathrooms needed more attention.

He sure need people working with him he is alone he takes 1 hr to get an order

Donair Pizza is extremely pricey for what you get, nothing special. Stick to their pepperoni pizza and avoid their “gourmet” pizzas

9 bucks for 2 slices that I was afraid to eat because they looked like they were coming up to a birthday. My wife found hair in her slice . I doubt they would pass an inspection for the health department. Hope I dont get sick from eating their pizza , couple more hours before I find out, fingers crossed.

Grabbed a slice to go, no napkins anywhere to be found, all their free toppings are gone, prices are not cheap anymore. If they're going to raise the prices up, then the service should stay the same.

I would give it 0 stars half cooked pizza cause buddy was to busy flirting to make pizza waited 35 mins for walk in and it was nasty no ferund no nothing what a p.o.s

Surprisingly I prefer Pizza Pizza to most highly rated pizzas in the neighbourhood. Their pizza is balanced, just a right amount of topping, sauce, cheese, not bad crust. Obviously not the best pizza in the world but decent. Can recommend.

Usually I find pizza pizza Is good . Except for this order with no sauce on the pizza & this pizza doesn’t taste very good . Loss of good money today .

Treated absolutely horribly here. After waiting 28 minutes, I rejected the pizza due to lack of cheese, just no effort put into the order. Just an awful experience. I shouldn't have to pay for something that was rushed, and undercooked with little to no toppings.

Worst experience. No one is Washing hands. Old man taking cash and then making pizza. Never going to visit this place again. Please avoid if you are worried about your heath

I would say its an average pizza place But dont let 'average' undermine this place The service was good even when they were understaffed Maybe they could be more helpful to customers when they're trying to figure something out of their offered options Food was good and they offer good varieties of pizzas including pineapple pizza 😂 Dine in experience was okay

Small place with the atmosphere being meh. Decent tasting pizza slices that do not seem to be sitting in the display too long. Service is alright. I'd say it an ok place to drop by to have a quick 10 minutes bite to eat, but definitely not a place for a full sitdown meal.

Always satisfied with Pizza Pizza locations we've visited. Staff are friendly and helpful with special requests.

As soon as we walked in we could.seee the place was dirty. The owner was rude and aggressive this location has probably ruined as locations for me. Terrible experience if I could give no stars I would.

While waiting for my food I watched the guy make other orders. Made 4 pizzas, touched frozen wings, rang up the cash, and raw ingredients. Didn't wash his hands once. Talk about a health code violation

The pizzas were so good. Hot fresh the service was timely without rushing. The counter service was friendly and accommodating.

Great food experience but it takes a lot of time. I guess maybe it's because I went after 9pm. I loved the pizza and the hot wings. Yumm.

If I can put one star I will do it. I am in a terrible situation. I placed the order at 12:55 on Saturday. At 1:52 and my order did not arrive, I called them, and they said your order is on the way to you, and they will call you from the branch you ordered from, and now I am writing the comment at 2:32, and I did not receive the order, and I didn't receive any call! The worst experience anyone can go through is asking for food and not getting it, and also losing his money. 10 Sep 2022

So it was on 4th November around 9:40pm.The two guys inside were fighting each other disregarding the customers waiting at the front. I ordered a pepperoni pizza, he billed it and forgot about that, apologised me later and went and put it in oven, and started a fight with same guy again forgot my pizza in the oven and guess what, handed me a burned pepperoni pizza without even saying a sorry. Come on guys. Try to be professional, put your fights aside and serve your customers.

This place has terrible customer service I went in to pick up my pizza they asked for a name so I said it and spelled it out looks like the lady doesn’t speak English so she goes to get my pizza and starts mocking me to her co worker she should have never been hired with I caught her name plus they got my order wrong and was extremely burnt
