After reading some of the reviews we were looking forward to ordering, but getting a soggy pizza (look at how soaked the box is) and dry wings were very disappointing. The pizza even smelt like plastic (like they put it hot on a cutting board). This obviously isn’t a standard practice based on the reviews but this was a first and likely a last for me.

Terrible, a rip-off and incredibly rude owner. Ordered a pair of 3-topping medium pizzas. Already premium priced, the mediums looked more like smalls, the toppings were shockingly sparse and the crust seemed to be a pre-made grocery store style. Truthfully, any $8 frozen pizza would be a better dining experience. I called to complain and the owner told me “of course there weren’t a lot of toppings. We’re not required to give a lot of toppings on the 2-for-1 deals.” I said your website and menu doesn’t say that and he said “we’re not required to tell you that.” Stay far away. Do not waste your money.

We have lived in Orleans for almost 4 years and have never found a pizza place we like (we moved from a city with great pizza, so we’re spoiled). We finally tried Mama Rosa and can’t believe we didn’t start there. One of the only pizzas that actually comes well done when ordered that way (cheese is actually browned), great crust, and the sauce is so flavourful! This is now our go-to. My only complaint is that the pizzas are fairly small for the price.

Mama Rosa's is hands down my favourite place to get a cheese pizza in Orleans. It's the easiest pizza to make but also one of the hardest to get right in terms of gooeyness and crunchiness of the cheese. I've ordered their pizza so many times and they're always consistently great (looks like photo below). I've also ordered other pizza's from them and they're just as consistently good. Not to mention it always comes with garlic sauce. Recently I ordered two pizzas and the woman taking the order drew balloons on the boxes to celebrate my birthday after I mentioned it to her when I was placing the order. They really go above and beyond. Way better than any other pizza place I've ordered from in Orleans. Would recommend them to anyone!

Revised: they have been amazing since our first review..... nothing but love We have ordered from Mama Rosa for over 4 years (3 - 5 times per month) and each time was through Skip the Dishes. Tonight will be our final time utilizing this restaurant. We placed an order, waited 1.5 hours and had to drive down to the restaurant to see what was happening because they were not answering the phones! When I got to the front desk, was told your order is ready and was the next one out the door for delivery, would I like to take it now .... so I paid for the food, delivery and tip only to pick up my own order... no excuses given, no apology, just blank looks. Food was always amazing, delivery lad is amazing, but tonight was too much to swallow, pardon the pun. All I wanted was communication and an answer to why the delay, but never got one.... all the best in the future, but you will no longer see our business.

Pizza was OK, it's better than Pizza Pizza but for the price I'm feeling like it should have tasted amazing

Jonny and James are the best. If you think Gabriel lasagna is good you haven't tried there's. Best lasagna ice ever had in a restaurant and the service and friendly faces from the owners alone is worth going back. But if you love really good food than it's win win. Respect to Jonny and James from Mike and Charlie. Charlie is my puppy... Did I mention they leave water out for dogs and give them treats. I think Charlie would give them 10 stars 🤩

Excellent food. The owner here is awesome. Known of him for years now. Food is always freshly made and delicious. Rather well balanced pizzas, good sauce/cheese ratio. Highly recommended. Sauce has a touch of spice. Kids aren’t a fan, one of my favorites.

This pizza place was one of the best I’ve ever been to. The pizza was amazing and so fresh. The quality of the food and prices were great. The owner was very nice as well. I would definitely recommend this to others.

I'm gutted. They've changed their ingredients, for the worse. I feel like they use cheddar cheese now to bulk up the mozzarella which is a big no no. I ordered an XL Canadian 3 weeks ago and as soon as I saw the pizza I knew it was different. Sure enough it tasted different too. I put it down to a one off. I ordered again yesterday, exact same order and unfortunately exact same result. As is so often the case prices go up (approx $3 for the XL) and the quality goes down. If you can folks, please go back to what you were doing pre 2022. I'll give it one more go in a few weeks. Fingers crossed!!

Absolutely phenomenal. Quickest service I’ve ever received for delivery and the food is fantastic. Generally have had pizza here for work, always great, staff super kind and friendly. Def my personal go to from now on. Pizza is on point and wings flipping good 🤤. Thanks guys y’all are the best!! 😍

Ordered delivery this evening they are fast and the driver was extremely friendly and patient pizza tastes delicious and the cheese curds were the best I've had will definitely order again 😉

We decided to try their pizza deal and we found the pizza to have a wonderful flavor. Our family does not like thick crust. The curse at Mama Rosa's was a perfect thickness. We also like the boneless wings. Good meaty bites.

Great pizza choices if you are in Orleans. They often have deals and can’t miss out on their home made garlic sauce.

I was very impressed with their Pizza. The dough was very fresh and the sauce was delicious. I work in the area and will return when we get pizza for lunch in the future.

Best pizza spot around, amazing calzone too! The best garlic knots I’ve found locally. Worth the money and worth any time spent driving there! Seriously try it out, don’t think you will be disappointed.

There is hardly any cheese on the lasagna and there’s a hair between the pasta. It’s shame but will not go back.

Ordered a BBQ chicken pizza for pickup. I am not too picky about pizza, but a good judge was my 2 years old that liked it and she never eats pizza. I enjoyed it as well - fluffy soft dough, not greasy and generous toppings.

Never, ever had a bad experience! I usually get delivery, always fast, always hot, always fresh...I used to work pizza, I'd rather have theirs!!
