Clinic receptionist is very unprofessional and I highly doubt she knows she works in a clinic. They never answered my 20 phone calls in three days. Receptionist wouldn't give me forms for my children to fill as she said they were saving on papers. She called my name wrong and when I corrected it she was rude enough to tell me it doesn't matter as long as it is correct on the system. Checking the system, she entered my DOB wrong. If receptionist remains in clinic, bad reputation will remain. Only positive thing about the visit is my appointment with Dr Rasha who is very professional.

I scheduled an initial appointment with Dr. Lieke months ago after waiting 6 months for Service Ontario to find me a doctor. I had made the appointment so long ago it had completely slipped my mind, which is my fault. But when I called to apologize and reschedule I was told very rudely that she will not accept me as a patient. I couldn’t even get a chance to explain that I suffer from anxiety and depression. The day of the appointment I had severe anxiety and a panic attack. Very unprofessional

He is not respectful. He refused to take me as a patient with my kids just because I had 2 family doctors before. So he thinks that I am a trouble maker. I will make a complaint and keep this complaint in your file for ever just to show you how to respect your career. You doesn't deserve to be a doctor , shame on you.

The receptionist at this clinic must be the most unprofessional person I have dealt with in the medical sector. On December 13, 2021, I called by 10 am to set up an appointment with my doctor, only to learn the doctor had moved. Before I could as about the next steps, she literally said, "Have a great day!" and dropped the phone. The only reason I am still associated with this establishment is the adjoining pharmacy which is great and well run.

Dr. Bella is a very nice and knowledgeable doctor. HOWEVER, he really needs to hire new staff. Receptionist is very rude and will hang up on you if you ask her more then 1 question. I was very upset and I wanted to make my way there myself to speak to her and advise her how unprofessional and rude she is. HIRE NEW STAFF. ITS CRAZZY HOW MISERBALE HIS STAFF ARE.

If there is a 0 star I would have picked it. This clinic is always fully booked. Everytime I call they tell me that the dr is on vacation for 2 weeks. I called today to get a form filled for my daughter and I only have 2 weeks to meet the deadline. They told me dr is fully booked and I can't see him until the 18th. For this reason I don't recommend this clinic at all. I haven't been there in over a year because everytime I call because any of us is sick they tell me they have no appointments for a week or over. I always end up going to the appletree clinic. Thanx good there is another option. I am so disappointed and already looking for another family dr

We had an excellent visit at eshmun clinic very courteous staff clean environment specially visit with Dr Bella lufu who take care of his patient's professionally my son had an injury at school playing Dr Bella go through with extensive details and give timely advise and care. Thank you Dr Bella and staff.

Dr. Lieke REFUSED to take on my mother as a patient because she 'can't afford to buy medications' and told her to call health care connect for a referral, that was she gets paid. All about the money I guess. Zero star rating if I could.

Will never visit this clinic again

Went to support a friend for her test results today and Dr.M.Bella-Lufu is the most offensive doctor I have ever met. He started out yelling at my friend because she asked his staff how much longer the wait was , after waiting over 1.5 HOURS. I told him that we had been waiting a long time and just wanted her reults. He yelled out "No, I am going to finish talking" ! He said that if he could change his career tomorrow , he would become a musician or a football player. Seriously??? He was incredibly rude and didn't listen to my friend, I would say he was even hostile. When he finally gave my friend her test results, we could not understand him so we asked that he give her a printed copy of the results. I told my friend not to say a word as she was upset by his behavior, I just wanted to get her results and get out of there. He was staring at my chest as we got up to leave. His staff was no better and his receptionist was rude and condescending. I am going to help my friend find a new doctor as this was a terribly uncomfortable situation. I have never met such an unprofessional doctor! After such a terrible experience I REALLY appreciate my own GP!

The staff is very rude and unprofessional. I have emailed them regarding my husband’s prescription since they don’t pick up the phone. The receptionist said oh Dr. Lieke on a medical leave so he can go to a walk in clinic or Apple Tree. There are unethical issues here 1. We were never been informed that MD is on a medical leave. At least receptionist should have had the courtesy to email me back or make a phone call to inform us, instead she completely ditched my email as it was never sent 2. We have no issue wi the and going on a medical leave, but she should’ve notified her patients or at least find a locum doctor to fill in during her absence. We informed them that we will file a complaint to the college and the receptionist Yasmine said go ahead You guys should know that your job is to take care of patients’ lives. You are dealing with their health. You may be responsible for someone’s death one day. If you are not willing to help people with their medical needs, go work somewhere else where people’s live are not on your hands

You usually have to wait around 30 minutes extra to see your Dr. Even if your appointment is say at 2:00 pm, you'd see him at 2:30 pm. It's not the best, but it's alright. Gets the job done.

Dr. Bella Lufu is a fantastic person and I'm so grateful that he's been my doctor for 10 years!

Just having moved to Ottawa last fall from out of province, we struggled to find a doctor. My wife applied at Eshmun Medical Clinic, filled out their form and waited to hear from the clinic. She received a call from Dr. Bella-Lufu with great anticipation, but was hugely disappointed when he told her that he would not take her on as a patient because she had asked that a female doctor or nurse be present at any physical treatment or examination. Apparently this greatly offended the great doctor. It was wholly unprofessional and very neanderthal to react this way to a woman's concerns. You can keep your manly pride Bella-Kufu. Our search continues for a doctor from this century.

Receptionist and staff aren't doing their jobs? I had an important phone call meeting today and they told me she (the doctor) could call at any time. I called at 4:11 since they haven't called me by then and they said she'll call soon, keep in mind they close at 6. I ended up getting called at EXACTLY 5:59 and when I didn't reach my phone in time and called back it went to the mailbox. WHAT????

Dr. Rasha is an excellent doctor, but the clinic must be one of the worst in Canada. Phones not answered, information not passed to patients, even when answering machine is answering, it does not give correct info

Dr. Bella is the worst doctor in Ottawa hands down. Strongly not recommended.

Dr Rasha has recently moved to this clinique, it has been days they do not answer phone calls and voice mail is full. I am really disappointed she moved to such a place.

They do not pick up the phones at all and the receptionists are rude.

The reception is very very unprofessional and rude. They never pick up your call very very rarely they will pick up your call if they wish to. How are you gonna make or cancel an appointment or talk to the doctor?? I received a missed call from them didn't leave me any message. From then I'm trying to call them back atleast 25 times no answer. I am holding my breath what did my report came. So frustrating!! They need to change the receptionist. They work like its their home. They speaks their own language each other which is very unprofessional in front of other patients who don't understand at at.

WORST CLINIC EVER! Last year I tried making an appointment for my husband only to be told the doctor is on vacation for a month. This year I called to make an appointment and Dr.Leiki is now on medical leave. In both incidents the receptionists and Dr.Leiki could have easily informed her patients that she was gone but decided not to. I did blood tests to get a referral to a clinic and when I went back to see Dr.Leiki she yelled at me saying I had to come back to the clinic if I wanted my referral to be sent, so I told her yes of course please send it! Fast forward 9 months, I call said clinic to see if they've received my referral and THEY HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING! I called the clinic and very rudely was told by the receptionist that they can't do anything about it and can't send my referral and that it was not there in the first place. Also was told that I should go to a walk in clinic as they don't know when Dr.Leiki or IF she's coming back to the clinic. I'm now looking for another family doctor with no success. It's all about the money for them in this clinic so don't be convinced otherwise! Receptionists are very rude and unprofessional. You feel like your walking into a high-school full of bratty teenagers when you see them behind the desk. If I could give you not just 0 stars but -10 stars I would! Shame on you!
