If I could give 0 stars I would. Dr. Aubin's receptionist is very rude. I originally called the office in December and I was told their office does not accept new patients until they are 20 weeks pregnant. I patiently waited and asked my doctor for an early referral in January in order to avoid delays. My family doctor's office faxed the referral on January 19th which the receptionist claims she never received. I'm glad I followed-up again because now I was told that there is a 15 week waiting period. I will be 31 weeks pregnant by that time. When I asked the receptionist why she didn't provide this information earlier, she said it is "out of her control" and hung up on me. It is difficult enough to see an OBGYN but having to talk to a rude receptionist is not acceptable. I am very disappointed as I was looking forward to seeing Dr. Aubin. If you want a pleasant pregnancy experience, do not bother going here!

Many of the doctors affiliated with this clinic are from the clinic on Hunt Club that shut down that left their patients in scramble. In particular Dr Haebe and Dr Baker. They’re not ethical nor professional and it’s best to avoid them

I had a great experience doing my medical exam for PR application. The nurses and doctor were all very friendly and welcoming. They make you feel comfortable. We didn't even wait too long for them to do the tests and the facility is very nice.

Some of the 1-2 star reviews really do not make sense to me. I booked an appointment for my spouse for immigration purposes and Jennifer at reception/admin was amazing! The doctor who examined my spouse was also amazing. This is truly the kind of healthcare and service i expect of an establishment like this. Truly jealous of Ontario Healthcare seeing as i'm a Québec resident!

Just got out of there. My Doctor is Dr. Elfazari and he is amazing. Today I was supposed to see another doctor as mine was off, I waited for an hour on a plastic chair, asked the nurses a couple of times to understand what was going on and she mentioned that I was the next patient and the doctor was coming. I am 37 weeks pregnant, lower back and pelvic pain. For a clinic that is supposed to take care of us, I felt so disrespected today. When I called to reschedule and informed the waiting period I got nothing, not even an apology.

I'm delighted with the Premier Ottawa Medical Group's exceptional service; the doctor's warm and welcoming approach put both me and my son at ease, making our experience incredibly comfortable and reassuring.

Dr. Marleau was able to fit me into his busy schedule and he spent a great amount of time with me to understand and listen to exactly what is going on with my health. He was able to give me multiple options as well as the pros and cons for each solution in order for me to decide which one suited my needs. I highly recommend him. Thank you

I brought my old mother here for medical exam required my immigration. It was very easy to make online appointment. The staff are helpful, easy to deal with and very patient with my mom who understand little english. All the exam and test were done fast. Most of all, the cost is reasonable compare to other clinics.

Dr Zwicker is fantastic. She does a great job connecting with my son and answering his questions. She also happened to know a family practice that was taking patients which really helped us. So our family doctor and paediatrician have worked together. It really builds trust. For some of the one star reviews, I would note that Dr Zwicker has an new administrative assistant. Unfortunately, I can't rate Dr Zwicker and the OMG separately. Getting through to OMG is difficult. First, they have one phone line with different lunch hours depending on whether you listen to the French or English message. Secondly, though they should be open, there are no holiday hours on their website, and they do not take ownership of their Google Maps info. So, it's up to the client to guess.

Dr Della Zazzera Is the absolute best. He took over my case after having complications from previous scar. The c section went smoothly and the recovery was easy and fast. He made my second c section easier to heal from, and was very reassuring, gentle and kind. I would highly recommend him for sure.

Dr Marleau is the best OB ever! He’s kind, knowledgeable, funny and reassuring. Thank you for being such an amazing doctor!

My OB is Dr.Aubin and I have had nothing but an amazing experience. She has been very attentive and always willing to answer any questions or concerns I may have. My experience with this OB has been night and day in comparison to my OB with my first pregnancy. I highly recommend Dr.Aubin the waiting time is a bit longer to get ur initial appointment but I do think that has to do with the volume and also shortages in our health care system. I have always been seen on time for all scheduled appointments as well and parking is reasonably priced.

I had a PCR test from Ottawa Medical Group. The service was really great. Prices are reasonable. I received my results in less than 24 hours. I’d definitely recommend everyone to get the service from here.

Dr Marleau is an awesome doctor who was quick to see me after I ended up in ER. Figured out problem and gave me options while giving me lots of info to make my decision. Operation with simple recovery. Always friendly, funny and there if you have questions. Would highly recommend!

The place you should go to for your immigration medical exam! Only waited about 15 mins, and it was an easy process! Everything can be done at the same building, is very cheap and also they submit everything to the IRCC! When you need your exam done you need to have it done by them!

My experience was very pleasant. The staff were extremely professional and the service was quick and organized. Thanks to both nurse Emily and doctor Vince for being supportive, polite and for guiding in moving through the process.

Dr. Lortie is an amazing OBGYN. As a young woman my gyno health journey has been very difficult with different Doctors dismissing my symptoms. Dr. Lortie listened to me and worked with me to find a plan that works! My quality of life has been forever changed because of this caring individual 💜

I see some reviews below mentioned some affiliation between Ottawa Medical Group and Soundcare. I would like to confirm that there is NO affiliation between the 2 clinics. When Soundcare closed its doors, it not only let its patients down but it also left its doctors high and dry with no warning. Dr. Haebe and Baker called OMG for help and within 24hrs, clinics were organized to help provide continuity of care for patients. What occurred at Soundcare is awful and regulatory bodies should get involved, however this does not reflect the code of ethics OMG abide by.

The Dr. Vincent della Zazzera was great! He talked us in spanish so the examination was easier. He answered all our questions and helped us with the immigration medical exam process.

Good setup inside, decent parking situation with EV chargers. What holds this back from a higher rating is the inability to turn into the complex from both directions. This is also a major problem on exit. It is further complicated by heavy traffic.

Too bad the doctor is so good, because everything else is a nightmare. 0% empathy from staff, and wait times of over an hour for your appointment

My appointment was today at the center. The secretary came and told me that she could not do an x-ray for me. She wanted to talk to the doctor. Then she came back and told me that she spoke with the doctor’s clinic, but the doctor was not there. And the factor’s secretary if you don’t see it it is important don’t do it.The doctor's requisition was with her, and she gave us an appointment, then I spoke to the doctor. They told me the doctor there from 8 o’clock, and they don’t received any call from this centre I called the centre again to tell them I call the doctor she didn’t receive any calls from the centre she answering right away. She tell me they are lying……… I take one day off to go there and they don’t do it for me and now I have to take another day off to do it again

Staff and doctors here are awesome. We have a toddler who is terrified of doctors (and very difficult to deal with in that state) and they did an amazing job.

Dr. Brophy is great, and the receptionist team is very helpful and accommodating as well. Sure, there are times we got to wait for call back or appointment, but which clinic doesn't have this problem?

Have called 5 times, says press 9 for English, then given message 8005 is not available. Fix your phone. All I can say that health care is at a new low. Looking for walk in xray for a maybe cracked toe, so far no luck.

Different medical services located on each floor. Parking is paid. We have used Premier Imaging on the ground floor, and consulted an OB-GYN with Ottawa Medical Group (OMG) on the second floor. Quality of service received is good.

Do not recommend Dr. Zwicker. Booked appointment for my son and forgot to put in their schedule so I show up to "no appointment"... luckily I had proof on the card they wrote it on for me... so they fit me in for the next day. (Not without being rude) She had me send in information for tax forms and they weren't ready on the day she said they would be a month later. We had covid and she wouldn't conduct the appointment over the phone so I had to go back and forth with reception over the phone and she would only book me in for 2 months away when she knows we're trying to get my son back to school and he's been on his new medication for 4 weeks which was the point of a 1 month appointment checkup. Not to mention that it took a full week and multiple attempts contacting them back for them to fax his prescription into the pharmacy where his last prescription went from them.. You'll be chasing this pediatrician all over the place for things to get done.

I come here because I found an amazing family doctor for myself and my Daughter. Dr.Brophy is absolutely awesome at what he does and the staff here make you feel welcomed unlike other clinics where you’re pretty much just a number.

I live in Aylmer and I don't mind coming all the way here for the excellent medical care. I had my twin pregnancy follow ups done here and they were very thorough. Amazing doctors and nurses.

Reading the negative reviews was very surprising .. Need our medical examinations for permanent residency application and called them out of the blue .. Contrary to many reviews i reached them very easily, they were very polite ... And they were great when we went there with two small kids.. didn't wait, they took us on time .. they were very considerate, we felt like we were with our friends ... İt was a great experience.. the doctor even took his time to answer the kids question's ... İ can and will strongly recommend it ..
