    They don't know what to stock and how to stock, it should be the easiest thing in their life... ZERO sugars are not the stock instead they put sugars. I told them that 100 times to customer service and they still don't do it correctly. You can't just put anything without looking at the stickers...

    Came here to pick up some items in the beauty department with my girlfriend and it was a complete disaster! I can understand if the area has low inventory, but this has been ransacked and with the mix of open and used products was unbelievable. Very unhygienic. She found some lashes she needs to pick up, but they’re locked with a security key so you need an associate to unlock them for you. After finally tracking down someone they paged for another person to come unlock it, twice. We waited 10 minutes and no one bothered to show. I honestly would not recommend coming to this location for their beauty section is was a mess.

    Great low prices, but it is busy, disorganized, and needs more continuous cleaning. The grocery delivery is also problematic, and unreliable. They do not deliver when they say, and the substituted items are often bizarre. Once they gave us a massive bag of frozen peas, instead of frozen fries.

    Walmart located at 2277 Riverside and Bank st is a prominent corner stone store within the Billings Bridge shopping mall. It is a smaller scale Walmart that does not include other stores within this store, such as; McDonalds, optricians, car service, or haircutters. However, it does have a decent grocery, clothes and home supplies sections. This Walmart is clean, product shelves are mostly well stocked and the prices are lower in comparison to other smaller stores in the area. I find their groceries to be not as fresh as Farm Boy or the other Independent grocery store (Rileys) also located at Billings Bridge mall. I usually just buy their canned and branded boxed goods, and also focus on their roll back items for their best discounts. One of the best features I have found at this Walmart is that it is not as busy as other Walmarts in the area, South keys and the Trainyards. This makes it a more pleasurable shopping experience and safer with covid concerns. This store also has two main areas dedicated for entry and check out, either at the front within the mall and at the back of the mall facing the RA centre These two entry/ exit areas have ample space in their parking lots and it is easily accessible to the main streets, Riverside or Bank street. This Walmart store is also located within steps of the Billings Bridge OC public transit station. So if you like these features this Walmart will likely be a good place for you to shop at as well.     HORRIBLE STAFF!!! The store layout is awful. If you prefer to go through a cashier, you have to go to the parking lot side of the store. If you use a mobility device, you have to walk through the store in order to exit back into the the mall. I was harassed when I was leaving because I walked through the store with a stroller to go through the mall. The mall is attached to the bus system, but you have to go to the second floor and walk across the bridge, otherwise, you have to go up a steep hill. Any idiot would realize that people with mobility devices need to go back through the mall. Anyway, the security system that pings whenever someone exits if they have a tag inside their bags IS MALFUNCTIONING. it goes off all day long and nobody stops anyone coming or going when it starts going off. So when I purchased my stuff and left with my stroller yesterday, I was the only person who was stopped!! when I asked for a manager, nobody bothered to come talk to me. Ironically, the alarm wasnt going off when I was leaving and I dont steal, so I cant fathom why I was the only person stopped. Great place for any shoplifters who have some things to pick up!!

    The store is disorganized and has very little stock. My main concern was an interaction I had a few years ago. I was shopping alone when a staff member had asked for my social media and then proceeded to corner me in an isle the next time I came into the store because I didn’t “give him a chance”. I was left shaken and felt unsafe. I reported the incident and never heard a follow up and I still see the employee at the store. No other incidents occurred after this. However, I hesitate to shop there alone in the evening or even at all.

    Better than Riley's yig in the mall area. Also a better shopping experience than Trainyards Walmart, as the staff are more friendly & helpful. They have a nice washroom and free water area for thirsty people. The store used to be a Target therefore it has a better layout than other Walmarts. I don't like Walmart Canada as they don't have awesome items like Walmart USA but this is my favorite Walmart in Canada.

    I went to this Walmart Yesterday On may 18 2022 at 3pm. It has A small frozen section , but that was not the Only Issue In the Frozen Section their was A short Arab Guy who Was Watching me and what i had in my cart the whole Time as if i was going Steal something lolz .NOT EVERY BLACK PERSON IS A THUG🤬🤬😤😤. MY SHOES WERE WORTH MORE THAN THE CLOTHES HE HAD ON 🤑🤑I ALREADY PUT HIM ON SOCIAL MEDIA IN GREAT DETAIL✌🏿✌🏿✌🏿

    Fairly large and well stocked, ample amount of parking as it’s located inside a mall. It was clean and fairly empty when I went. I was able to find staff quickly to assist with what I was looking for. There are two check out stands, one near the main entrance, the other at the mall entrance. The one near the mall entrance is self check out. Should you wish to pay cash, attendant will assist you.

    Yes, I was there today and saw what happened. The CSM by the name of Divya was speaking very impolitely. Even though she is the CSM, she should be able to communicate effectively with customers regardless of the situation. I've seen similar problems in other shopping centers as well, but I've never seen an employee address customers in this manner. It is absolutely unacceptable to discuss the customer's family history. Customers were extremely calm and did not deny checking anything in this issue. Not just with the clients, that CSM was additionally exceptionally inconsiderate and rude to that clerk who was sufficiently taking care of her responsibilities by keeping each guideline.

    Although it is a Walmart, it has to be the best kept, tidiest, and friendly staff for a Walmart in the Ottawa area. For a small store they have everything you need and act as a pick up location for online orders. The overall tidiness is impressive while to reiterate the staff ensure a positive experience. Nov 14, 2019 UPDATE Feb 4, 2020 I would be remiss not to again highlight this store. Having a strange pricing issue with an item that was posted vs. the scanning price that was actually much higher, the Manager Lisa was unwavering in her support and in demonstrating excellence in customer service. Everything was sorted out effortlessly and with the understand in wanting to honour the customer. NOTE ALL OTHER WALMARTS : there is something to be said for this store, staff, customer service. Have a visit and see why this store location is worth going to hands down!

    This is the worst Wal-Mart in town. Dark. Messy. Shelves not well stocked. Pharmacy never has prescription ready even two or three days after automated service says it will be. Can hear staff bickering in refrigerated room with doors wide open for customers' enjoyment. Brutal.

    This used to be a great store but unfortunately things have gotten worse the last few months. Inventory is always so low. During the lockdowns everything seemed to be in proper order, items were always in stock but post-lockdowns it seems the store in struggling in keeping staff? Lots of great employees working in the ecomm department doing the best they can but it seems a shortage in the workforce is to blame.

    It was my first time ordering online with Walmart. It is one of the worst experiences I ever had placing an order online because of the following reasons: 1. Majority of the items (all grocery items, nothing of special kind, later on I easily purchased all those by VISITING a Walmart Branch) that I selected at the time of placing the order, and were available at that time, were later on cancelled because of unavailability, which shows major flaw in their system. They have no clue if an item is available or not. Once the order is confirmed it must be Walmart responsibility to ensure customer gets the item. I can understand if it happens for one of two items from the cart only but all the main items from my orders were cancelled because of unavailability. 2. Hours after confirming the order through email Walmart informed me that these items are not available. As I said earlier those were the items that I mainly required. Once I received the message, I immediately tried to cancel the order but to my surprise the system allows you to cancel the order within half an hour only. Imagine, Walmart informs you that some of the items are not available hours after you place the order when you have no option to cancel the order. That is exactly what happened to me. When I saw that the main items that I wanted were unavailable I tried to cancel the order but couldn't do it as the time had already lapsed. 3. Walmart almost forces you to pay tips to the driver. On my order 10% of the tip was automatically applied and there was no button to cancel it and there was no help available to understand how to edit it. I searched on Walmart help page but could not find anything. Then I decided to move on with the tip. At the very last page I said a table that allows you to edit the tip amount. I went there and fixed it. 4. As I was unable to cancel the order due to the reasons mentioned above, I had to pay the delivery charged for unimportant items. After having this worst online experience of my life, I have decided never to place an online order to Walmart. Walmart, being a reputed organization, in my opinion, should take these notes seriously and try to fix these flaws as soon as possible if they want to excel in the online industry. Once the order is placed to arrange the items even if they need to delivery, it through other branches. If it is not possible, Walmart MUST give sufficient time to the customer to cancel the order if Walmart makes any changes to the order. What is the benefit of informing the customer that some of the items will not be delivered when he/she cannot cancel the order if those items were the main items for him/her. In case Walmart does not want the customer to cancel the order then they should not charge the customer for delivery charges. So that customer may be able to place the order for those items to some other branch. What Walmart is doing right now is causing customer inconvenience as well as extra delivery charges as the customer will have to pay for the delivery again once he/she places the order to some other branch and who knows he/she will get the same experience from that branch too. My last point is regarding the Tip to the driver. Walmart should make it very clear that it is editable at a later stage. The Walmart should not charge it in the first place and let the customer decide it themselves. Automatic charging it and then giving it no clue that it is editable at the last page of before completing the is not the best practice. If I remember it right, the option to edit the tips was even after providing the credit card details.

    On Aug 3 2022 the most horrible service at this buildings bridge wallmart location and yesterday at the return desk male employee very rude My mother recently had bought a comfort set was on sale which he called it final sale. it still in packages and the receipt she had told him it's too small she needed larger and his answer was no it's final sale and she told him the cashier never told her that he says store policy he will not brake it and she asked him couple times to call the store manager he had refused says nop And meanwhile she had returned different items he came arround started to harrasse her

    For a Walmart, very good location, probably best in the region. Despite it being rather small and in a relatively high congestion area, usually not too many shoppers and shoppers seem to be a lot more civilized in mannerism than the usual trash of society that you would find at Walmarts.

    I don’t go to Walmart to be yelled at by your disrespectful untrained Employees. After purchasing $400 stuff from at this location, I was told not to take the shopping cart out of the store! So I asked for big bags to take my stuff to my car, the employee said “I don’t have big bags” another one snapped at me saying “go drive around the store” I didn’t even understand what she means, she was angry, not surprised! a 3rd employee stepped in and asked the Angry employee to stop and he brought me couple of big bags. Your employee was just lazy to go grab some bags for customers. This location has the worst customer service in Canada. Other ones on the way too. Train your employees how to respect and behave with customers.

    Worst walmart ever, nobody knows anything. Nobody wants to help. Their brain is limited to what they have been trained to do. Empty shelves almost everytime I go there. And nobody seems to care to go check if they have any in stock. Dumb rules and unorganized management. It's impossible to be as dumb as that staff

    I went to the store to discuss the purchase of a TV that was no longer on sale. I had run into a problem with an online order that I'd made to be picked up at another store. After being directed to speak to a GM, I approached Kevin to explain my problem. Kevin was wonderful! He listened patiently to my story and before I could ask if he'd honour the sale price, he offered to do so without question. I'd worried about how this conversation would go prior to going, but Kevin made it the most impressive display of great customer service that I'd seen demonstrated in years!

    There are never, ever any carts (and rarely any baskets) to use at the mall entrance. Yes, you can walk through the store to the main entrance and find a cart but it's so unnecessary and there are never any small carts to be found. This store is always busy and in true Walmart fashion, people are experts at being oblivious to their surroundings so a quick run to the other side of the store takes five times as long just to go get a cart.

    This is a great store with friendly staff, good return policies, however they have supply issues with grocery items and varieties, out of stock. Good varieties of vegetables, frozen items, well stocked with consumer goods. The checkout towards mall has only self checkout and hard to get out, narrow lanes, bumping, no carts available or out and so on. Happy shopping!

    Walmart is Walmart. It's got great prices on kids cloths and food. I would be careful buying some items like household electronics here. I recently bought a hand mixer and found the same one for $29 on Amazon after paying $44. Other household items like mirrors, pillows, bedding, curtains I find are reasonably prices.

    ************* Walmart has Fraud Flyer ******************** ********** Never Go there ********* Today, I was in Billings Bridge store, after checking online , in this week's flyer , there are many items on sale such as Fava beans 540ml for $1.17 , Gea 1.6 kg for $21.88 ... and many other items However non of these items were in stock, shelves were empty, Manager was not there @ 2:00 pm !!!!!!!!! Then , I was told by one the employee to go to south key branch I went there but same trash !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Only 1 cashier open and it was no cash credit or debit card only because they are pushing the customer towards the self serve and i was overcharged $2.00 mind you its not much but i went to the customer service counter and it took 25 mins to figure a way to resolve it......overall a truely disappointing visit and from what i have experienced in the past it seems to be a continuous downward spiral in customer service

    Seems to be undergoing a complete overhaul of floor plan and dept locations as my last visit it took me two tries to get what I needed and every price was mislabeled. Otherwise was a great store which I had rated it originally 5 stars

    I really hope the managers at walmart actually read these reviews. I have two complaints. One, put more bike racks at the back entrance of the store. I can never find anywhere to park my bike and I don't want to have to park all the way at the middle of the mall, leaving my bike and walking all the way to the end of the mall to go to walmart. Secondly, your yarn section is terrible.Not only is it terribly disorganized and dishelvilled but your inventory is never full and you don't have a great selection. I've gone back four weeks in a row for any kind of brown yarn and there has been zero shades of brown yarn. I don't know what any item costs because everything is mixed up and frankly, it's impossible to find anything.

    It is a converted target. Hotwheels selection is usually poor for those interested. It's not my favorite Walmart, but it's good these days as it's not super busy. . Handy that it's attached to a full indoor mall that used to have the best Santa Claus
