My first time ever in an IKEA!! And I was not disappointed with the food at all👍 Well, I was hungry, that’s true, which might affect my palate😊 The food is affordable, too.

The Swedish meatballs are a classic, and they have many plant-based options as well. Also make sure to try the cakes while you're there, especially the DAIM cake! Visiting to do shopping for family who was moving to buy some furniture and accessories for home. After shopping for a couple of hours and living just on coffee since morning, we were starving. Stood in a line up and registered for self serve dining. The line up moved fairly quick and we were given instructions what do and what not to do. As usual the food here is catered to all Vegans, Vegetarians and with enough choices for meat options as well. Mrs took a veggie wrap, a tomato and cheese soup and fries to share and I took a veggie balls, with rice and steamed veggies. Of course coffee as well. All the food has the least amount of spice and salt, which is healthy for just almost all of the dietary restrictions. The spice level of the food is below what I prefer, but I thoroughly enjoy the food. I really appreciate that IKEA takes the vegetarian and vegans in mind when they set up the menu.

We're currently on a kitchen project and we had lunch at the restaurant. Busy time, on a Saturday and around noon, expect a long line. I especially like their garlic bread and soups. Food is overall well presented and tasty. I had the meatballs with fries and my girlfriend has the butter chicken. Both were good, including the butter chicken remarkably, which we had low expectations for. Waiting line was little long and the saddest part, they were out of mayonnaise. That was a sad moment for me, considering that I had fries in my plate waiting to be smothered with mayo.... 😢 I almost took a star out just because of that, but thought that "things happen". Food is certainly not spectacular for still a great bang for the buck. Also IKEA Family members get free coffee, with refills. Yay!

Tasty food at a very reasonable price. We had smoked salmon, fish & chips, garlic bread along with carrot cake and chocolate cake and everything was good. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal! On another day, we had coffee, which was also decent.

Surprisingly beautiful restaurant with the most divine meatball dishes and cakes for a great low price! Highly recommended although it can get very crowded at lunch hour.

Food is not bad but prices have gone up and portions been reduced. Not as good a value as the past but the restaurant is bright, spacious and provides wifi. It’s actually a nice place to meet with friends over simple meals.

Disappointing Experience at IKEA Restaurant Date: 14 December 2023 I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent visit to the IKEA restaurant. The quality of food and overall experience were notably below par. Firstly, the food presentation and quality were disappointing. The dishes appeared dry, and the portions were surprisingly small, failing to offer value for the price paid. Additionally, I was disheartened to find a lack of options, particularly the absence of cheesecake, a personal favorite. It was apparent that the better quality food and desserts were being reserved for an employee party, which significantly limited choices for regular customers. Given these issues, I regret to say that the experience was neither satisfying nor worth the money spent. It's disheartening when a reliable name like IKEA fails to deliver on basic expectations of quality and service in their restaurant. Tasty veggie balls plate ! Mashed potatoes were perfect. Got a veggie medallion on the side, it was alright.. those are way better when cooked from frozen at home. Garlic toast was super fresh and tasty! Rest of the food was lukewarm at best, but still tasted pretty good. And for the price, you can’t beat IKEA ! 🍽️ 🇸🇪

Frequently can find good value for money here. We installed 5 IKEA kitchens for our properties as well as all bathroom vanities, sinks , mirrors; In “As Is” space great discounts but need to pass by frequently to get what you need at 30-50% off ; the new features of Click and Collect or curbside pickup are fantastic! Parts ordering for free via website is another fabulous feature, we do this for new or old IKEA furniture which is missing small parts. Staff is very helpful.

The bathrooms were disgusting. I promise that I. Not normally critical about stuff like that but literally the smell of urine is intense. Also...just order what you want online because lately they're out of stock with everything in store.

Have not been here in at least 6 months. BIG improvement in the taste of their signature salmon dish. A tomato sauce that fits well with a perfectly cooked salmon (to my taste anyway). Good pleasant service. My son adored his mac and cheese which was also tastier.

Good food. Best part is that it has plenty of vegetarian options to offer. Decent pricing, value for money. Free coffee for Ikea family members.

Disappointed that their new Salmon dish recipe has only one medallion (don’t like their new watery rice). I’d rather they raise the price. Otherwise everything is great.

The service was horrible, they were out of everything and not telling you when they were substituting. They didn’t even have toast, they gave us garlic bread with our breakfast, didn’t tell us. My daughter nearly ate it and she’s allergic. Needless to say I’m not impressed. We won’t be coming back.

Worst breakfast, cold toast cold beans don't waste your money.

Good place to eat with vegetarian options at a reasonable price. IKEA, as usual, is one of the most visited places for shopping home improvement products. We shopped and we ate food with family. Tried every vegetarian options over there. Food for 4 people costed so low. I was surprised. Thank you for the experience. Staff was very cooperative.

Food is well prepared delicious clean good potions staff is 5 star but restaurant closed at 7pm

Best place to by furniture. We brought sofa come bed and small tv/dining table. We are satisfied with both.

Meatballs are back! The dining hall has a nice refresh and there's plenty of space. One thing to note, utensils are normal metal ones. Please make sure you clean them yourself, as I had seen people sort through them then placing it back. Also, staff members are great.

It’s not that the hot dog was worth 4/5 stars, but for $1, it’s hard to beat as a snack after a few hours of wandering IKEA. It helps too that the staff is friendly and helpful.

Their small poutine is a good size. Great fries and pretty good butter chicken. Not sure how much real chicken is in their chicken but you can’t beat the prices here.

It's open right now. Very organized, each person or group is given a number that corresponds to a table. Food is great as before, but no free refill for the drinks.

It’s quite good when it’s not that busy. I’m not sure why anyone would wait that long in line to get your food, then another line to pay for everything. By the time you finally sit down to try to enjoy your food, it’s barely warm.

Tried the veggie balls and thought they were pretty good with mashed potatoes and broccoli for only $6.99 Just disappointed that they don’t serve soup anymore.

Ikea restaurant is always handy when we got shopping we usually stop there first and do shopping after. I was just upset they didn't have soup that day but I always grab a soup and vegetable medallions for myself and mac n cheese for kids.
