Drive through and walk through are open. Food is high quality. Friendly staff. Almost instant service. Amazing! Interestingly it shows them super busy and you can see constant flow of cars through it. Google shows estimated time up to 3 hours :D I think there is a bug or something. They have large parking lot and nice outside area, you cannot sit inside. Hand sanitizer is not by the entrance, but by the pickup area.

I went to this A&W franchise store in Nepean and got the smoked gouda cheese Uncle burger and enjoyed it. The service at the drive through and the food was consistently good and met my expectations. If you like my reviews, videos or photos give them a family size thumbs up

Eggs were not completely cooked (the white was still translucent), and they were cold - probably because they put cold tomato slices on top. But the service was great. There was an older gentleman who got his food delivered at his table with a smile.

Nom nom them burgers! Personally my best burger joint franchise, 4 stars for this one only because the proximity of the tables is problematic, went to get my cellphone in the pocket of my winter coat and ended up with my table neighbor pockets instead... Oh well.. now I own a chiwawa.

Opens at 6am to go into. 24h drive through. Friendly happy staff. I wandered in at 6:45am and had 3 happy staff serve me. Highly recommended for early morning breakfast if you are in the area

Waiting in line for 10 minutes Inside the store. I could see two people working. Unacceptable. Will never come back to this location. In this day and age, how are you To run a restaurant like that, there's tons of competition out there, no problem. You just lost me as a customer.

Just went in the drive thru and my bf and I decided to pay the 13.75 with the abundance of coins we had in the car. Normally people would be annoyed with change like that but the lady at the window, I wish I grabbed her name (she was maybe east-Indian with glasses) but she was so lovely! Had a nice mini convo with her and she was almost hyped up to see the change as a payment! She was just very kind and enticed me to leave a good review. A lot of people aren’t happy and kind like that right off the bat!

Order a Teen Burger only to get two pieces of bacon not much bigger than my thumbnail. Couldn't go in to complain due to construction. posted a pic

my family and I just had lunch here (09/11/2021) and it was the best fast food experience I can remember having. the service was quick, despite the added covid protocols, and very friendly. the food was very fresh and hot, root beers ice cold (hashbrowns were so crispy on the outside and soft on the inside). they had extra outdoor seating but the wasps kept us inside. they have plexiglass sectioned off tables so we didn't mind. the eating area and washrooms were very clean. I even heard other customers praising the service and food on our way out. Very impressed.

We love coming here for the beyond burgers and beyond chicken nuggets. It's a good deal with you have the coupons, hopefully the costs will be more comparable with the animal based burgers over time though.

I got something to go here early this week and it’s a fast food burger joint. You can’t really expect some gourmet hand made smash burger because it’s still fast food but I will give it to a&w they haven’t gotten worse of the years or at least I don’t think so. This locations open 24/7 so it’s got that going for it if you got the midnight munchies. Still the best fast food burger place tho

Standard great quality fast food from A&W. Drive thru line was long during peak lunch rush. It went much quicker than I had anticipated. Staff was very friendly and polite. All around great experience!

I swing by here some mornings to grab breakfast and the staff are always welcoming and polite. The food is always hot and their All Canadian Special is as good as any sit-down breakfast spot, and you can get it in the drive through! Really well run.

First time coming to this location and wow! A mug frosting station to serve your drinks nice and cold, and the food was good as expected from an A&W. They also call your name and deliver your food to your table. Just to notch service and experience.

Called this place asking for a coupon book before coming because last time I went to this location, the worker handed out one for me. I took it upon myself to call before coming because this location is far and I have an A&W location like five minutes away from my neighbourhood that I could have easily went to but they said they didn’t have coupon books so I decided to call this metivale location and ask and the lady on the phone said they did so my friend and I drove all the way to the merivale location to get this coupon book and enjoy our meal. When we got there, the same lady who was on the phone telling us that there was coupon books ( WHICH SHE SAID VERY CONFIDENTLY ON THE PHONE), told us that there was no coupon books. I asked her if there was anything she could do because we had called 15 minutes prior and this location is very out of the way, on top of that my friend and I told her that she said there was coupon books, and still , she said no there’s nothing I can do.i said okay whatever and got myself a meal and my friend got hers. The lady was apologizing but I just found it kind of insane the fact that we called before hand and she didn’t even have the courtesy to check when were on the phone with her and just spewed out random words on the phone that she wasn’t even sure of. When we were there we asked her if she had coupon books and THATS WHEN SHE CHECKWD if there was and told us no there’s no more. Like why not just check while we are on the phone? There is a reason why people call before coming…… just very annoying and unpleasant experience. Such a waste of time.
