for
$46.99.
I
was
debating
getting
it
versus
the
18
lbs
for
$88.99.
An
employee
said
it’s
mislabelled
and
that
she
can
guarantee
that
I’ll
get
it
for
$46.99
if
I
went
through
with
it.
I
got
it.
I
realized
upon
checking
my
receipt
at
the
car
that
it
cost
me
$62.99.
I
went
in
store
to
ask
for
a
refund,
sure
there
had
been
a
mistake.
They
offered
me
a
$3
refund
instead
of
a
$16
refund.
I
asked
Hunter
to
check
the
price.
He
saw
that
it
was
mislabelled
and
took
out
the
label
in
front
of
my
eyes.
He
and
another
employee
were
confused
about
the
price,
so
they
went
to
get
another
employee
to
tell
me
that
they
couldn’t
refund
me
any
money.
She
spoke
to
me
in
an
impolite
tone,
as
if
I
were
of
low
intelligence
and
read
the
price
wrong.
She
said
they
didn’t
mislabel,
they
can’t
refund
me
anything,
and
when
I
asked
to
return
the
whole
box,
she
said
there
was
a
note
on
my
file
attached
to
my
phone
number
that
I’m
not
allowed
to
return
any
Big
Country
Raw
or
toys.
This
was
likely
from
an
incident
back
when
I
was
19
years
old,
from
when
I
bought
too
much
dog
food
on
Black
Friday,
was
working
minimum
wage,
and
had
to
return
some
dog
food
to
buy
human
food.
In
the
end,
they
allowed
me
to
buy
the
18
lbs
for
a
lower
$/lbs,
a
trade
and
not
a
return.
I
spent
$42
more
than
I
intended
to,
and
not
by
my
choice.
I’m
hugely
disappointed
with
this
store
as
I’ve
been
shopping
here
for
6
years,
giving
them
>$220
a
month
for
a
total
of
$15
840
before
taxes,
and
they
refuse
to
honour
a
mislabel
for
even
$18.
Short-sighted
way
of
doing
business.
I
will
not
be
returning,
and
will
order
directly
from
Big
Country
Raw’s
website
in
future.
