Not maintained at all. It's no longer a good hotel like it was before. The rooms are very bad. Not worth staying ☹️☹️

This hotel is nice. It is a good place to relax, with nice security guards, good laundry, perfect kitchen , nice bar with good mannered attendants. Free Wi-Fi once you pay for accommodation. No free breakfast. The rooms are okay, toilets and bathrooms are very okay too. The prices of their rooms are moderate. in fact the Immaculate Royal International Hotel LTD is very okay for one to relax.

An exquisite place for relaxation,comfort & luxury lodging

Clean rooms and good room service. However, menu cards and intercom directory were not available in my room. The wash hand basin in the bathroom was leaking through out my two nights stay. Evidence of poor in house maintenance services

Beautiful, classy, nice ambiance but power supply was fluctuating, good event centre, spacious hall. AC not so cool

A nice hotel with good hospitality. I went for a friend's wedding.We had the bridal shower,and made use of there hall. With this I can gladly say, It's a good place to lodge honestly 👌

It's makes sense, their pool bar look good. Everything is well organised

So my first visit to this hotel was for a meeting. I wasn't impressed with their hall and all that. But I had another function there recently, and I lodged there for a whole week. To say the least, I was extremely impressed! The room was spacious, clean, and beautiful. And guess what, both elevators have an alternative power source, such that when power goes off, the lifts keep moving!

This hotel is okay with very big and spacious rooms, bathrooms, and toilets. The air conditioning worked very well, giving the room more than enough chill even though it looked smaller than what was needed for the room. The only thing that made me give this a 4 star rating was because water kept running out at critical hours like as early as 6am in the morning and during the day. Also, the power kept coming on and off all through the night and their food in the restaurant was horrible (I was actually served rotten meat twice). The staff were courteous. In all, its a nice place to stay.

Classy environment. Very hospitable, friendly staff. They go out of their way to be helpful. Not too pricey. Neat, well-appointed rooms. The bathroom invites you to linger. Great views from the upper floors. Will definitely visit again.

Nice ambience, comfortable stay , great value for money . They need to work on kitchen delivery time and complimentary breakfast.

Immaculate Hotels dey try. They've been keeping up, though not 100%, with maintenance.

I'll rather suggest going to Immaculate Golden You get the immaculate experience there

Well functioning rooms, uninterrupted light and good staff. The rooms are quite pricey though.

Great time at Immaculate Royal International Hotel. Made my stay in Owerri pleasant. A good incentive for an extended stay in Imo. A preference on the next visit.

Very clean and beautiful Hotel. The bathrooms are not to safe because of the very slippery granite floor tiles. The rooms are nice and well arranged. Staff are clean looking. Prices are not that friendly to the pocket. Need to improve on quality and taste of food.
