First of all thanks to Prabhakaran who helped / managed to complement all the inconveniences that I had faced. Overall, not value for money as the service needs a revamping / need improvement. It's a costly one and anyone would expect a exceptional service. I didn't pay just 2k per night and I only got a normal/regular service from any hotel I would have got. CONS: 1. I still strongly feel either the restaurant in this resort is understaffed or they mismanaged to handle the customers on time. When I went in there was around 20 ppl and most of them were waiting for food for about 45 mins+. 2. my family as a vegetarian... I got a chicken fried rice instead what I asked for... Veg pulov, Veg fried rice. I had complained about it and I was somehow complemented.. However, its still there hard on my mind. How can such things happen at such a small restaurant. The ppl well know what happened after that and how bad they served it and how it all ended. The manager also apologised for it. Another person, Prabhakar also apologised. But it was not his mistake.. The restaurant didn't know what to serve to whom and when.. 3. In continuation to 2nd point, I had complained abt it to the front desk before I left the place and I got a shocking comment from the front desk lady. She said.. "Usually vegetarians won't come to this place". So can I now brand this place strictly for non-vegetarians?? I should have got a full refund just for such a comment!!. Instead I just walked away. 4. It's a good kid theme resort. But there are no strict precautions for such a resort that is near a water clogged area were insects, snakes might appear. Thankfully I didn't see any of them but I notice a kid was bitten by something and his skin was swollen a little. I think it was near the swimming pool. I also not sure how well the pool were maintained. It's doesn't look neat. It was rainy and so I didn't get to use many of the facilities as it looked soggy and dirty. Especially swing, slide and archery. PROS: 1. They managed to keep the area somehow without water-clogging despite the rain . People are there to sweep the area. 2. Bird Aviary. I liked it. The person who manage /maintain the bird is friendly. 3. Prabhakaran.. A person like him is a must for any resort who is very polite and kind. 3. Duck/Swan.. My kid enjoy seeing it. 4. The rooms are not that spacious. But good for 3 people. Wish they had proper chairs inside. 5. Food is tasty. 6. Restaurant has got some good songs played where the kids danced/enjoyed.

Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Small but well-maintained garden. Beautiful bird aviary with various species of birds. Pools were very clean. Decent in-house restaurant with superb preparation of dishes – however the choices were limited. Nice and simple complimentary breakfast. Quiet and serene ambience - very peaceful. Extremely safe for visitors who come with families and kids. Very nice staff – friendly, polite and smiles on faces always. Enjoyed our stay.

The resort is very nearby to major attractions in Mahabalipuram. The hotel staff arranges auto so that you can visit attractions in case you don't plan to travel by your own vehicle. Our room was nice and clean with relevant amenities provided. Room service was good. In house restaurant is okayish - don't expect much though, especially in terms of non-veg dishes. The bird aviary is a delight and spending time with those birds is really refreshing. Couple of areas of improvements: - We witnessed couple of snakes in the premises and when brought this into attention of the resort management they didn't have proper training to displace the snakes instead they killed one of the snakes which was very disturbing. - Some of the amenities were not well maintained and can be improved on. These include bicycles, swimming pool.

It was a great great stay. The place as a whole is not big but cute and covers a great experience. Bathrooms do not have buckets and also hot water is not quite hot in taps. One of the best stays we were in. Breakfast timings are from 9 to 10:30 and the food is also good 👍

This resort is well maintained and uniquely constructed with woods ambience in a costal town. The staffs were friendly, welcoming and accommodative. I felt their mini birds sanctuary is unique to other resorts in the place. I felt little disappointed with the rooms size which could have been bit larger. Overall, we enjoyed and rejuvenated a lot over the weekend stay. Pros : Ambience, Peaceful location Cons : Room size, Food (This needs improvement)

Went for a short vacation couple of days stay with family. Room booked: Superior Chalet If you want to feel the fragrance of wooden chalet, visit and check it out. Rooms were good. AC working, TV bit cranky, Heater works (Make it on all the time so that you can get enough water for shower) Real hotel amenities: Birds aviary: Now visitors should not touch or feed the birds due to restrictions from forest department. Play area: Badminton, Volleyball, Carrom board, chess, blocks, snack and ladder, ludo. Kid play area - Archery, swing, trampoline. Bicycle - 2 in good condition, kids cycles available. Simming Pools for Kids, Adults. (Both will be cleaned on request) Offers Third party contact for rentals - Bikes and Autos. Restaurant: Good food with limited recipes. Bit costly. (Kindly check your bills before settlement : especially water bottle rates) Staffs were friendly and helpful. Its worth to visit for one day.

Nice spacious resort. We went for day outing package but the amenities provided was not worthy. They have inhouse Aviary which is well maintained. The chef/hotel manager was proactive and the food was too good.

Stayed here for couple of weekdays with family..we wanted kid friendly resort and this is one..they have kid swimming pool, parrot Aviary, and kids play area consisting of trampoline, slide, bicycles etc..the rooms were maintained very clean and comfortable and their service is ok and expected.. unfortunately we had continuous rain during our stay which resulted in frequent power cuts but they had generators and managed power fluctuations..all staffs were cooperative and we had a good stay here..
