We were there a few days back and enjoyed our stay. Though we were given an AC room on top floor which later found not being able to cool the room enough, they however, after informing at about 11 pm, arranged another but better room on the 1st floor (luckily it was vacant). Hotel is just beside the main road with ample parking space and having a swimming pool too. Staff are polite and well behaved. Besides, they provide buffet breakfast of various taste. Thanks 🙏

Situated right on the main road, it's quite conveniently located. A mere 5 minutes walking distance from the famous Krishna's Butter Ball site, which is in fact right behind the property. The staff is attentive and efficient. The front desk staff (especially Sushmita) go out of their way in making you feel welcome. The rooms are quite tiny though. The swimming pool is excellent. The food at the in-house restaurant is not very tasty. The buffet breakfast is decent. Overall, one of the best places to stay in Mahabalipuram.

Very warm hospitality, spacious rooms with all amenities, tasty food with North, South, Continental cuisine sums up Hotel Mamalla Heritage. Hotel's location is very convenient as it is walking distance from all local sight seeing places. We had a relaxing family stay at this place. Special mention to all the team of boys and girls interning at this hotel. Made our stay filled with warmth with their personal attention to every activity.

Worst experience on the booking with Agoda and hotel, in spite of the flooding in the city they wanted us to travel and refund was not considered. Had to bear a loss by booking this property. I would not recommend this property as they had no concern for the travellers.

Horrible experience like we checked out from this hotel in half a day inspite of the check out being the next day .Food was too oily and not good. Rooms were really dirty . Sofa was torn. Pls don't expect elite stay and food here based on reviews

Stayed here for a night with my family. Everything are pretty good. The monuments are walkable distance from this place. There is a restaurant inside the premises which server decent quality food.

We enjoyed the one night stay with my elderly parents. A few highlights of our one night stay was the breakfast at Golden Palate, view from the room, terrace with amazing views, greenery and location is prime, also staff very friendly and helpful.

Loved the hotel overall and the all the staff hospitality, they were welcoming, helpful and human. Special mention to Ritika, Shubhojeet, Jason and Clarison for making our stay awesome. The location is best and is near to all the major attractions, infact your bedroom has a great view is the krishna butter ball from here. Loved the breakfast options and the overall food which were really good and tasty. Kudos to the hotel and the staff for being so so so welcoming and respectful. Would love to stay here again.
