I recently had the misfortune of staying at a 4-star hotel in Bali, and it was by far the worst experience of my life. The most frustrating aspect was the complete lack of English proficiency among the staff. Not a single word of English was spoken, making communication nearly impossible. To make matters worse, my room was not cleaned even once during my five-day stay. The towels provided were all torn and in poor condition. The pool was dirty and poorly maintained, and to my dismay, I found ants crawling inside my room, even on the bed. Each morning, I woke up to find dozens of dead ants, which I had to dispose of myself. Furthermore, the windows in my room were all crooked and broken, preventing them from closing properly. The air conditioning worked for only three minutes before shutting off, while the fans seemed unstable and posed a safety hazard. The breakfast served was of abysmal quality. The food was cold, infested with flies, and appeared to be stale, as if it had been sitting out for more than three days. To say that this hotel deserves its claimed 4-star rating would be a gross exaggeration. In fact, it fails to meet even the basic standards of a one-star establishment. The condition of the furniture and sanitary facilities was appalling, with filth and broken fixtures everywhere. My dissatisfaction reached a point where I had to find alternate accommodation and switched to a 2-star hotel nearby. The contrast was astounding. The bungalow I stayed in was impeccably clean, the service was excellent, and the pool and bathrooms were well-maintained. In summary, this supposed 4-star hotel in Bali did not even deserve a rating of 0. From the lack of English-speaking staff to the unsanitary conditions and broken amenities, my stay was a complete nightmare. I strongly advise against anyone considering this establishment for their vacation.

I want to say that some of the reviews here are true, but I think it all depends on what room you get. In my experience, I was greeted with a smile and the staff spoke English. I was told to wait for my room it only took 11 seconds for them to tell me it was ready. The room I got it had some details, the couch, the bed and towels had stains. The bed had a torn bedsheet and I believed there was a blood stain in the bed. The pillows were clean. Shower looked dirty, the toilet seat had a torn cushion but it looked clean enough. I was glad I was provided with sealed water bottles and toothbrush with a toothpaste. You can tell the furniture and walls have had better days. I didn't go into the pool, but it looked and smelled clean aside from the normal leaves falling from the trees. For the price, the way the condition of the facilities and poor location I have to say you're better off looking somewhere else.

Booked the villa with private pool for a night. Outside of the parking lot, the place looked nice. But when I went in, the place reeks of sweat and just nasty things, I felt iffy already then. When I came, they did not have my booking ID so we had to wait for a little longer, thats fine. What’s appalling to me was when they showed us the room, the floor was full of bugs! The pool had a dead frog and was obvious that they haven’t cleaned it. The facilities was in a bad condition. Toilet was full of mould, the sink was dirty, the kitchen drawers were broken. We asked the staff if the room have been cleaned and they said yes?? Like there’s a dead frog in the pool!! We ended up leaving the property because we felt very very uncomfortable, for the price paid, we could have gotten alot better room quality than this. The staff was helpful though, I could tell he felt guilty for the room. I could only blame the management for not taking proper measures in keeping the areas clean and up to standard. As for now, im never coming back again. Ive stayed at the kanjeng ubud the night before, its so much better there. Please do better.

A friend booked this hotel for me and I got it for a very good price. Even with the price, it was Very average. First, all marketing photos do not show the current condition of the accomodation. It looks great but real life is different. No hot water, linen was very worn and grey, sheets were stained (always clean but stained), pool was always cloudy, I think from the pool chemicals. Some type of creatures running back and forth in the roof. I would stay here again but would definitely lower my expectations.

You get what you paid, for someone frist time come to bali, its better you found some location and place better little bit for this one. But for someone want safe cost for traveling and just for sleeping. This place quite worth it. The employees very friendly and helpful. The rooms quite ok. You must ask them and drop the key in reception for cleaning the rooms. No hot water. So far so good. I don’t regret it at all stay here. If u want experience something beautiful or vancy this place not the one just nice for place for put your bags and sleep ✅💯

The staff is nice, but the whole place is very dirty. Especially, my room has not been completely cleaned. Everything in my room, including the bed, blanket, pillows, towel and amenities was disgusting. There was a bad smell every day, and the housekeeping never changed my towels in five days.

This place is definitely NOT 4 star. It is 1 star at most. The photos they use must be 20 years old. The whole venue is in major disrepair. In my room, the celing fan didn't work, timbers were rotting, the furniture was falling apart and dirty, there was still rubbish from a previous guest in the room, no toilet paper, dirty and not full pool, the doors that were supposed to open onto the pool were bolted shut with blocks of wood, there were ants....and the list goes on. I left in 1 hour as I couldn't stay there and they are refusing to refund me my full stay, despite the local manager admitting the issues with the place. Don't stay here.

Disgusting ! The room, the toilet, the pool.. everything. I wouldn't even swim in that pool. Booked 6 night, left after 30 minutes. Not refundable, i will just tell my bank to cancel the payment. I wish i could show you with pictures but seems like i cant..

I didnt really believe all the reviews until i stayed there. Workers are younger. Rooms are quite badly maintained. I guess cant complain much for that kind of price. But location was superb. Pison is just nearby! We walked alot and if you are tired just order grab!

The whole place was very different from what I saw (and perhaps all of you saw also) on the internet, from the google maps photos from them and also the most booking website where I booked this hotel from. The room was not properly cleaned, the room service rule is completely bonkers, and to make things worse, there are 2 roaches and a colony of ant in the room. The staffs are hospitable but that is not the main focus of a hotel you want to be staying on
