Where to begin... For starters the room itself was not in a good state at all! •There were stains on the bed and pillows •Holes in the ceiling and dust everywhere •The bathroom was disgusting; Limescale build-up EVERYWHERE, the shower heads looked revolting. It's safe to say we did not shower! •The mirror was broken, stained and dirty. •The tap in the sink and toilet roll holder were completely rusty. Leaving rust on the actual toilet roll! •The windows rattle very loudly with even the slightest of wind Before we even stepped foot into the property: As soon as we got to the property we saw a ramp and stairs that were separate, because we had large suitcases we opted for the ramp, as soon as my friend started to walk up the ramp she almost fell flat on her face due to how slippy the surface is and lack of grip on the ramp (it was like trying to walk on ice up hill)- due to it being a shiny granite material. Our nice grab driver offered to help and after falling over himself, got to the top of the ramp. We then tried opening the door and it wasn't opening. I knocked on the glass door several times as there were people inside (They ignored us at first!) Finally a person just kept pointing to the steps and implying to go around, instead of just opening the door in Which we were at! This required going back down the slippery ramp then up the stairs. So my friend had to lay her suitcase down and pushed it, because of how slippy the ramp was it flew down with speed. Then to top it off there were kids screaming like crazy running up and down the halls for hours, stomping about and trying to open our door! Not once did the parents tell them to quieten down. It's not other people's responsibility to tell other people's kids to be respectful! We had been up the entire night previous travelling and we couldn't get any proper rest during the afternoon and evening because of this, despite being absolutely shattered. We honestly thought about leaving as soon as we entered the room but didn't have the energy to do so! Overall a terrible experience and would NOT recommend this place to ANYONE! The only take away from this is to make sure to look at every review on several sites! Just look at the pictures, it's so bad - We have stayed at much cheaper places in several different locations and they were much nicer in every single way!

The rooms we had were infested in roach (prolly because one of the drainage in the cr was open) However they sealed it off and no more roach after The wifi was fast compared to other places as well~! The service was nice because if you request for something, they would provide it instantly~! Too bad our room only had table lamps so it was kinda dark (even though they have 3 table lamps) I’m used to white light for a room so the warm light gave me creepy vibe 😅

This is not a 4 Star hotel but I'm giving 4 stars for value and comfort. I stayed just one night. I was on a budget and just needed a good sleep. The bed was the best thing about the place, big and comfortable. This hotel was obviously a nice one back in the day and was closed down during the pandemic. Needs come TLC but hey for $17 (160,000rup) per night who can complain and leave a bad review?! If you want luxury then don't come here but if you want a comfortable room for a great price then book it and do it!

Not recommended (sorry)! Poor Cleanliness, Poor Service. I already sent my complaint & feedback to management but no respond, super disappointing! - pee splash on toilet bowl - dirty drawer - dirty glass - stain tissue roll holder - sticky floor - lack of lighting - some ants on sofa - many spots on bed linen, make me itchy

A horror night that I've ever stay I just don't have any option because I want to stay in denpasar near by my meeting project with other clients. A curious thing is they have a generator set? The location quiet good, close from restaurants. I met only one staff welcoming me in receptionist. He was kind and helpful. But he took about 15 minutes to serve check in. I got room 316. Quiet nice with twin bed. But in the bathroom only one towel exist. It should be two. Closet are big and good. There are 2 bottles mineral water with 2 bag of tea and 1 bag of sugar. There is a desk in the corner. They have restaurant and they said that we can call from room to order the food. But sadly no extention number in my room. How do I know the number of front desk or restaurant? Weird. Then about bathroom, the sink wasn't clean, the mirror as well. The tissue wasn't new. I bet it wouldn't enough for only me a day! Luckily I checked in at night and checked out ewrly morning. The floor was wet even I didn't use it yet! There wasn't any mat in front of the bathroom door! There is small refrigerator, but kinda useless because not cold. Colder my room after a night than refrigerator. Aah when you first time to turn on AC, it won't cold. You have to wait with a plenty of time. Sounds tough yea. But for one night, I am okay with all those things! I had a better experience in guest house or 2 star hotel than this hotel though.

Great value for price, comfortable bed, hot shower, cold AC, bar fridge, central location which you get better prices for meals too, highly recommended

Very bad. This hotel are not allowed to put 3 or 4* in website or OTA. Bed was noisy, the water was stop in bathroom at 03.45am. When i was try to call Reception, there's no connected with (0) extention. When i was come to reception, how's stupid????? Another guest just make a compline too and reception was sleep without any excuse.

Need to be improved. But compare to the price, we can't complain much.

Sorry to say I really disappointed to your reception because when she's asking me about my ID and I give my SIM she telling I can't use my SIM for check in because SIM it's not ID for her.... OMG even in airport I can check in with my SIM... And after that I give her money and she not even gimme back the money for chance even just 200 rupiah... It's hotel dude not indomaret.... I think this hotel need to improve training for they staff... NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL SLEEP IN Here...

The first impression isn't good. The staff not helpfull at all ... Small pool,, and you be not want to swimming there, lol. The room is so so .. and the important thing is when i lost my key, they ask me to pay 100k and they only accept cash only without any receipt. Hmmmm

Very disappointed with Princess Keisha Hotel. Even though the booking was confirmed, the hotel suddenly canceled it because it received another booking and without prior valid notification. Worse yet, they refused to give a refund. Ignoring customer reservations is unacceptable. I strongly advise potential guests to reconsider booking at this hotel, as their disregard for confirmed reservations reflects poorly on their professionalism and customer service. They have wasted my time and money

Reception didn't let checkin, due to not marriage in identities card, aswell didn't have twin rooms, fully booked. Me and my mate, are friends just doing a quick stay due to work location. They give a number that is not registered (so called costumer services) find the real number from one of the staff in front desk. I wonder whats wrong that two people that are only work associates (male) can't stay here. Must be married only.
