Popular condo, 14 storey living condo room start from 28 - 40 sqm year of construction approx 20 years ago, built for civil servance. More than 10 building lie on right hand side of impact exibition building. T11 locate on way out to tivanon road. Some room serve as daily stay overnight or monthly stay. Security officer service 24 hours with cctv on each floor, lift and parking area around condo. Each condo building has manager to manage manatainance job registration for move in/out. Infront of this condo there are food shop and a branch of 7-11

😠 The receptionist at the night time talks with everyone who visits me and he told my girlfriend "oh, this guy has so many friends". I don't know why he doesn't mind his own business. The staff should not be talking to the residents guests.

😐 Near airport, Central Chaengwattana is just across the street. Transportation not bad, have mini bus to BTS Mo Chit and Victory Monument. Local markets just at the soi entrance. Good place to dwell if you work at airport.
