Near airport, Central Chaengwattana is just across the street. Transportation not bad, have mini bus to BTS Mo Chit and Victory Monument. Local markets just at the soi entrance. Good place to dwell if you work at airport.

I decided to move closer to work in order to spend less time commuting. Stumbled on Summer Garden by accident and decided to look at a few rooms. Let me say that I really like this place. It’s the best condo I’ve rented since moving to Thailand 10 years ago. The location is great, the upkeep of the common areas is excellent, the security guards are friendly but alert and aware when strange faces are walking around. The pool is quite nice and the gym is decent. There is a 7-11 right across the street and plenty of place to eat all around. Central CheangWattana Mall is a 5 minute walk. The condo is quiet at night and I’ve never had any complaints. The one downside is the traffic situation due to the ongoing construction. Early mornings and evenings can result in a complete standstill of cars for what feels like forever. And the need to usually go several kms past your location to find a u-turn due to construction can be frustrating at times. Still, I highly recommend this condo. It’s a little hidden gem.

we bought this place (a room and for rent now) for a while but no time to visit. try to spend weekends here more often. hidden paradise in bkk!!!

Great location, very close to Central shopping mall, also a great undercover market close by offering Thai food, fruit and vegetables. Condo has a great figure of eight pool plus a reasonable gym. Condo rental prices are 40%+ cheaper than similar condo units in Sukhumvit, however, to get around you will need your own transport. The skytrain is under construction and due to open in 2022, which will link this suburb with the rest of Bangkok.
