Been going to Mickey's for 20 years, this is not Mickey's and the new owners shouldn't have called it that. The menu has been slashed and recipes changed from the comfort food we've loved. Thank you original Mickey's for years of great, well-priced food. We'll miss you!

New Mickey’s is not Mickeys anymore. Food changed flavor and quality, looks like new owner tries to be copy cat, but he misses a note what if one want to carry legacy you have to be same or better then a person before him. Very disappointed with food and service. I wish they would come up with new name so customers would not come in with high expectations for authentic Mickeys food. If I could I would give negative stars, never coming back.

Went to Mickey's in Palos Hills many years. Today sadly found out December 30th will be their last day. Was told been doing this over 31 years. It is hard work. They work 6 days a week. Average 14 hours a day open to close. Plus they stand all day long. For the people who complain about everything remember that. My wife loves their chicken pita. My mother in law and l even our cat Mystic loves their gyros. Great burgers . Food and service always good. You were a staple for Palos Hills and will be missed. Wish you all the best take care. .

Ordered Polish Sausage from new Mickey’s today, worst Polish I’ve ever had. The sausage was cold in a regular hot dog bun. Will never go back.

Ohh boy do I hate to see my favorite place go under new management. The beauty about Mickeys was the consistency and you always felt like you got more food then you paid for, the new management revamped the place, hiked up the prices and give much less food, for example the new gyro plate is half the size and $13 bucks. Sad to see mickeys go:(

Just very disappointed. Service was great which is why they got 2 stars but the food was terrible. There was no seasoning to be found anywhere. Even the chocolate shake had no flavor, not sure how that’s possible. The fries were just fried potatoes, no seasoning, no taste. The breaded chicken sandwich was inedible. The only thing that was good was the mozzarella sticks. Couldn’t eat anything except for the mozzarella sticks.

You're basic american food restaurant. The food is very good and the prices are even better. The specials is where it's at.

Workers have great attention to detail; I ordered ribs special over the phone and when I got in to pay they saw my beard/face and said "this is pork" . Idk why I ordered ribs bc I don't eat pork (one of those days) but I thanked them for telling me and asked if I could get gyros instead and they gladly changed my order

DO NOT GO The place smelled like a dirty mop. It was 11:35 aka lunchtime. I was told a 25 minute wait for a gyro. Then I asked for a beef sandwich. I was told there not ready that'll be a 25 minute wait. Service was terrible. I miss the old owners who kept it simple. DO NOT GO THERE.

I was a first time customer and I absolutely loved it here! Definitely coming back. The gentleman working the register was so kind and welcoming. The food was AMAZING! I got the steak sandwich and it was cooked to perfection, not to chewy or tough at all.

Absolutely amazing food and service. As someone who does not enjoy eating out a lot mickeys has made me feel at home. They have an amazing energy to compliment their amazing food. Everything taste fresh and I’m highly encouraged to go back and recommend it to anyone thinking about it. The portions are fulfilling and cheap. I consider myself a loyal customer now because they have won me over with their food and service.

I love this place! Especially after the new ownership. We live right across the street and order from here often. The burgers are so fresh, the buns are always fluffy. I also love the gyro Philly cheesesteak sandwich. And the fries are so much better. I don't know what they're seasoned with but they're really good. Perfect crunch on them. Very happy we live so close to this yummy affordable place. Also every time we've gone in the staff has been very friendly. No complaints.

I went here during my lunch time. The food was amazing. I couldn't finish my fries. I will definitely go back in the future to try other items on the menu.

Tried Mickey's Burger under the new managment! It was so delicious, fresh meat not frozen meat. The best thing is, all there meat is fresh an not precooked. LOVED IT,

The burger had no flavor on it at all. Ff cold. Tamale heated in microwave 1st time coming and WE WILL NOT COME BACK!!!

The owner is so accommodating, and friendly! We ordered toward the end of the evening. The place was immaculately clean and the food amazing! One of the best Chicago style hotdogs with good quality-all beef. The fried mushrooms were not greasy at all, and they melted in our mouth and were flavorful! We’ll definitely be coming back!

One thing I don’t like one , the menu price on google map different than what they have in the store way higher, I felt I was sheeted

This is a fantastic and affordable restaurant! Can't beat it in terms of quality, speed, and price. Why even go to big chain fast food places when you could go here?

Great place, good food for takeout

First time there and we ordered a few different things and everything was EXCELLENT I definitely will be going back there also you can watch them cook your food when you order even the French fries we're fresh made to order. Stop by give them a try... The cheese fries were awesome...

Gyro was salty and so was the service. Meat was a dry, fries were basic and they're stingy with them. My friend found a hard bone pieces in his gyro and the cheese did not melt on my other friends cheeseburger becuase theynise that cheap plastic cheese 😒 avoid this place.

Yummy & reasonably priced fast food. Their chicken pita is one of my favorites.

Great food at a great price! Love this place. Wish I had a place like this in my neighborhood. I'd eat there at least once every week.

We're from Atlanta when we come in town for Christmas every year, we always have to stop by Mickey's! They have the best gyros and some great prices!

I’ve been going here as long as I lived in PH, friendly servers here, Maria the cashier, Ben the fries guy and Juan the cook. I always tip them every time I go, whether eat in or take out. Only go here for their Gyros Plate. 08/02/22
