DO NOT work here. They STEAL TIPS. Have stolen tips multiple times, the management was aware of EMPLOYEES stealing them(& know who does it) with NO punishment or even offered to fix the stolen tip problem. A couple employees loved to talk about how they HATE WHITE PEOPLE(100% truth). This place is a disgrace. The wife gave two weeks notice & stayed a month cause of desperate management. She thankfully got a MUCH better job out of the food industry. She went to collect her final check & instead of getting her tip money, she was given a written notice about leaving mid week cause she found a job.... She gave them a month..... Oh, that tip money was apparently divided up without her included & was told to bad. What an AWFUL place to work. So glad she is FINALLY out of this racist restaurant. Yesterday morning I went to get an ice coffee from here and it tasted burnt like they left it out for awhile . So I took it back and got another one. This morning around 5:45 am I went to order a coffee and the young girl in there had the audacity to repeat my order and say do you want it extra burnt today. I found that to be very rude and inconsiderate. It was very tasteless to say because anyone would want their coffee to taste right especially if it’s coming out of MY pocket.

This place blows! How are u called Dunkin DONUTS but rarely have donuts?! And when u do they are stale! And sometimes you be stuck in line for 20 minutes!! Horrible place and horrible management It just opened and it needs to be closed down already!

I have been going here since it opened and was excited because it was extremely convenient for me. Tonight was the last straw!!!!! I have overlooked that the computer doesn't work, the grill is down, extremely long wait times and some employees just not friendly at all. Tonight I waited 30 minutes for an order I placed on line at 10pm, making me late for work. I come here 3 to 4 times a week and I work the midnight shift. I am unsure if they realize that other people work late night hours and expect the same kind of service as people with normal work hours. Very sad and this will be my last night ever putting up with this!

Worst Dunkin in the southwest suburbs. Always short staffed, too slow, lock the doors and ignore customers with walk in orders (that don’t want to wait 45 minutes in a drive through……my question what is the ownership of this franchise now? Absolutely terrible. Where is corporate on this? Terrible terrible terrible. Waste of time and money.

Today I went and paid $10 to get iced chai lattes, but they didn’t taste anything like they were supposed to. For some reason they ended up tasting like iced coffee instead? Whoever is making these drinks needs to learn how to make them properly. Waste of money!

This place is constantly out of every ingredient on the menu. It is ridiculous when you use mobile ordering and are losing out of what you paid for. Today no lemon loaf, no whip cream and no medium cups! So I paid for a medium frozen chocolate and frozen coffee to get smalls! Seriously taking my business elsewhere!

I've given this location several opportunities and it never gets better. The service is rarely good. The doughnuts have almost always been stale and today, through Uber Eats, the hot chocolate was brown water.

I ordered a cup of coffee yesterday and the young blonde lady gave me a cold coofee. When I complained, she started yelling on me. When her coworkers tried to talk to her, she said she will the place. A manager had to interfere, coach the employee, and change my coffee.

Ordered a pesto grilled cheese. Once I got it, I noticed the cheese was kind of cold and there was paper attached to it still.

I did not manage to catch the name of the employee but the tall black man that was working there tonight was very pleasant. In the drive through while I was waiting I could see him making my sandwich in the back. It was so nice to see him take care in making it and not just slap it together. I know it might be strange but seeing someone take pride in their work makes me want to return to this location a twice as much.

The food it's self is ok when they actually make it. Been there a few times where they refused to make food because they ran out of gloves. The worst part is the long line for the drive through. Sometimes it wraps along the building and you can't even pull into the parking lot.

Ordered bagel with egg and cream cheese. She repeated the order correctly but I ended up with just bagel and cream cheese. They know that is drive thru order and just don’t care if it is right as the chances to come back and complain are slim. And this is not the first time they do that!

Don't know what happened but service has been steadily going downhill over the last 6 months. I have steadily ordered online since they opened. The older woman who works in the back "cooking" the selections is great. The window staff in the morning have been lazy. Long lines. I placed an order online and when I get to the window after giving my name at the speaker I get asked "you had the online order? What did you order". They know I ordered by my name why can't they just look at the slip? Then at times after 6:00pm they run out of donuts! How? That's what you sell!

I paid for a large ice cold brew and I was only given a medium. When I tried to call to have them fix their mistake or find out if they could give me a credit or something, I was hung up on multiple times and then they started to not answer.

They always surprise me with my order, either I’m gonna pay for Iced latte and get Cold brew or pay for bagel with egg and get no egg.. They full with surprises

So many people work there but Unprofessional workers with a lot of attitude and slow Most of the order is missing from the delivery orderI recommend to people to order online from another location.

BE CAREFUL WITH THIS DUNKIN DONUT THEYRE STEALING CARD INFORMATION. TWO INDIANS USED A screamer reader IN TOOK ALL MY MONEY!!!!!!

Sometimes they make your order correctly.

People here are so much more nice compared to the ones in hickory Hills. My orders are almost always right, and if they do mess up they are happy to fix it for me!

First time here for national donut day. You had to buy the coffee to get donut free so I did. Small coffee was 3 bucks alot for a small. I ordered the sausage cheese croissant. It was terrible. The cheese was placed on the crossiant I don't know if it was cooked. It was $5.19 it was good size. The donut case had some flies on it. The workers were great friendly and smiles. Nice atmosphere.

The staff here is super sweet and friendly in the drive through. Eliana (hope I’m spelling that right) is just the sweetest!!

Really bad service really bad employees really bad manager had me waiting inside the store for 20 minutes and nobody asked me what I need or look at me really if they can’t handle it close that place never going there to beget anything really miserable place

I live in the area and visit this Dunkin often. The staff are a big reason why I come back. Serina and Jackie are two people who are always pleasant, friendly, upbeat and provide excellent service to me whenever I stop in.

I had an amazing experience at this Dunkin’ today! My coffee was made to perfection and my hash browns were perfectly crispy. The service was fast and the employees (Jacky and Serina) were friendly and so considerate. Will be coming back!
