They lost my original money receipt from the developer company and they are always denying that they never got the money receipt but when I got a photocopy of the money receipt copy from the developer company then they said they lost the money receipt. They also did not give back to my Mortgage permission cost after paying all the money. DBH is a SCAM company. Stay away from this company. I will complain to Bangladesh Bank about this issue. Update 1: I already contacted you on 7th september and your employee confirmed that they lost my money receipt. Update 2: They should pay the advance mortgage payment or adjust when I prepay all the money but they did not talk about this until I email them and wait for more than 10 days and lots of followups.

DBH understands their own interest. They don't care about the clients. They increased loan interest by 3% in one go, which is an increase by 31.58% to the agreed interest rate during disbursement few months back. The gov't want to reduce the interest rate to one digit and DBH increase from one to two digit!!! What a public concern!!!

Very disrespectful and unprofessional behavior received from their employees. Such rude and impolite behavior towards clients is absolutely not acceptable from such a reputed organization. It is very disappointing to see that the company can not train their employees properly on how to handle and behave with clients.
