The hotel is highly recommended if you are visiting Pamukkale, the best is the outdoor thermal pool that is open till midnight. You can relax while enjoying the music. The rooms are decent and comfortable with air conditioning. They have a good food selection at both breakfast and dinner. Had a wonderful and relaxing time.

The staff is very very rude they have no manners nd the rooms are so messed up if you want to stay in a non ac hotel ppl can stay here cause the AC doesn’t work at all

What an amazing experience here, the beautiful sights of nature, the quiet and the lovely weather during end of june, the rooms are simple and lovely, the food is good, the thermal pool is out of this world but thanks to the two most amazing staff here named Kubilay and Metehan who both spoke perfect english and helped us even when our airlines lost our luggage these two men who are at the reception gave 5 star service and very friendly, i advice anyone who needs help while staying here ask them😊

The standard room was like a 3- or 3.5-star hotel due to its size and cleanliness. The air conditioner was sending air from the center, so I could not adjust the temperature by myself. I needed to open the window due to the hot weather in my room, even though it was cool outside. They did not provide mini-bar items like tea or coffee like the other 5-star hotel in Turkiye. I have tried hotel spa. It was a great experience. The therapist was nice and always asked me if it was okay. The dinner and breakfast had a variety of foods, but the taste was fair. The thermal pool was acceptable. The temperature in the pool was around 41–42 degrees Celsius. The things that needed improvement were the cleanliness of the dressing room and shower room before getting into the pool.

Very nice place. Helpful receptionist. There wasn't kettle in the room. So we asked, in 5 minutes we got it. Lovely meal in the restaurant. Lady made amazing pastries . Big choice in restaurant, waiters with a smile. Definitely recommend it. 👌

Dirt roads are used to navigate to this mediocre hotel. Listed as 5 stars, but not exceeding 2.5. The buffet is average, the hot pools decent, and the rooms small. Our air conditioner did not work, but the window open helped very much. It's Oooooook, if you are in the area, there are likely better options.

The service was friendly. The staff tried very hard to accommodate our need for an allergy free room. Very nice to have a thermal pool in the hotel both indoor and outdoor. The hotel is very big and the rooms are humid and musty. Worn down hotel. Not great if you have allergies.

Kind of aged hotel with decent services but in general not well maintained. The termal waters are nice but is not anywhere close to 4 stars

The reception staff here are amazing , Kubilay and Metehan honestly made our experience worth while. The airport had lost my luggage and Kubilay and Metehan had gone above and beyond to get it back to me , they called all night and day long and made sure it was delivered straight to my room. They both made our experience beyond amazing with their kindness. They were welcoming and lovely when we had any questions or concerns. I would honestly only come back here for the both of them as they were so kind and helpful! If you are ever coming to Richmond Pamukkale thermal I highly suggest looking for either one or both !
