The hotel itself is not to bad, but management have to understand it is a HOTEL not a NIGHTCLUB, guests pay money to have a QUIET space to sleep as many have been travelling long hours, the loud party/music late in the evening is completely inappropriate. Would not recommend based on this alone.

Overall, we had a great experience with the Hierapark; staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to stay for a long a weekend.

Betul Deniz restaurant chef was really pleasant, friendly, always smiling and ready to help. This was the best place ever for vacation. If you are planning vacation in Turkey you have to come to this places

It's 38 outdoors and AC in the suite present only in the living room. Staff failed to provide a decent portable AC or fan for us. Instead, they gave something horrible, covered, and spreading dust, which supposedly should cool down the bedroom. I went and bought the fan by myself. As we purchased the half-board feedback about the restaurant as well: they're desperately saving energy as there are neither AC as nor any fans inside, and they don't allow to seat outdoors where it's already breatheable after the sunset (but still 30+)

I have been to Pamukkale hotels many times But Hierapark Hotel is the best I have ever stayed. Staff is so friendly and helpful. Food is so delicious. Rooms are very well designed and clean. The view of the hotel is amazing! Highly recommended! 👍

Perfect place to stay in pamukkale. Absolutely loved the thermal pool in the hotel, available outdoor and indoor seperate for male and female. Highly recommend staying, the reception staff was so nice too!

I’m staying at this hotel regularly (job purposes) and easily i can say that this place satisfy all of your expectations and demands, spring water pools, good quality food and rich buffet, clean and large rooms, highly recommented 👍🏻

The biggest draw of the place is it's two natural thermal spas. U can spend the entire day there. The view of the valley is also amazing

I only went there for 2 massages, sauna, thermal pool and hamam. Very nice atmosphere, friendly and skilled staff!
