On the whole it's nice here, the food tastes really tasty, the rooms are nice and clean. Let's come to the negatives, after breakfast we wanted to leave the restaurant but when I wanted to go out I was stopped and asked to give back the one tangerine that I wanted to eat on the way. It's probably the operator's house rules. They did the same thing at dinner that same day - it was just a plum. I would understand if you went out there with a plate full of fruit But making such a fuss over a piece of fruit is unprofessional when you spend a lot of money on the system and are treated like a thief. That destroys everything positive that is there. It is questionable whether I would come here again.

Very pleased with our experience in the hotel. We booked a room for 2 nights. Breakfast and dinner were included. Good food and friendly staff. The pools are clean and well maintained. There are game rooms for children and a playground. The only criticism we have from this experience is the uncomfortable bed. We woke up every morning with some pain in the back. Would be nice if they change the mattresses to more comfortable ones.

First of all, the nightly rates of Colossae Thermal Hotel are quite affordable compared to other hotels in the area. However, this low price comes with some drawbacks: - The hotel does not have its own parking lot. You will have to park your car in a separate place on the other side of the street. Don't worry, it's not a paid parking lot. - The overall architecture of the hotel is from the 1990s, and the rooms offer very basic comfort. The bathrooms are not bad, though. - Any kind of beverage you consume at the hotel is charged extra. You even have to pay for water. - Loud music starts playing by the pool every morning from 8:00 AM until 11:00 PM. It's not a quiet environment. - The carpets in the corridors leading to the rooms are incredibly dirty. In general, this is not a 5-star hotel. Maybe they received a 5-star rating in the 1990s, but there hasn't been much investment since then. The meals are not of 5-star hotel quality. The staff members only perform their duties and do not take initiative.

It is not a five star hotel in terms of food quality. We sat closed to cleaning station on the side in the restaurant and the food waste is epic. Simply because they tasted horrible. The main course were those on photos, it looks like high school canteen. I only ate potatoes the entire evening. Chicken schnitzel tasted like dry paper, fusili with ketchup??? OMG!!! To be fair the rooms were ok, it was renovated and clean. The thermal bath was also a highlight and was good. The facilities were overall old.

This hotel was the worst. Food at restaurant is terrible, and my husband and I both got a food borne illness from eating there. No top sheet on bed, no Kleenexes in room, in thermal area no water for guests unless you leave the area, go to the towel guy, and purchase some. Also, unless you are on the bottom floor, you must carry your luggage up steps to your room- no elevators. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone who values customer service.

This hotel is geared up to mass tourism, so what they do, they do well. meals were included with huge buffet style dining. unfortunately, the outdoor pool was empty, but the indoor pool was great. There was bellydancing and a small disco.

Amazing hotel! The restaurant, the rooms and the pools are magnificent. The restaurant buffet (dinner and breakfast) are amazing and so delicious. Really near from the cotton castle. Very friendly

It took ages for air conditioning to work on the day we arrived. Very hot in the public area. Food is not fresh and not many options.

Lots of varieties of food. Taste very good. Dessert are plentiful but too sweet for me. May be the Turkish like sweet stuff.

We arrived in the evening and rushed to the thermal pools. We forgot to bring flip flops so we used the room slippers which were very slippery - they forgot to put the slippers in the room and we had to get them at the reception. The thermal area is alright with one indoor warm water pool and one red water (clay) pool with both indoor and outdoor spaces. The facilities were definitely not new and showed the effects of multiple years of mineral residue. The pool staff was friendly but English was not what you would expect. The buffet dinner was large but the usual dishes you find in all the other hotels around Turkey. Quality is average to low. Most buffet items were not labeled or labelled incorrectly. Do not trust the allergens! The dining hall is a large open space with old decorations. The rooms were small and the window opened towards a part of the building overlooking the indoor entertainment area. The room had a double bed and a single bed even though we were just 2 people. So a lot of unusable space. Music was playing until at least 22h30, when we fell asleep, which was clearly heard indoors. The reception called us to wake up at 5h25 because our group was leaving at 7am, even though we did not ask for it. In the end it is definitely not a 5 star experience. It is probably the best you can find close to pammukalle but lower your expectations. They did not give us the WiFi password saying it was out of service that day, due to construction work on a nearby road. Searching on the comments we discovered they don't give it to anyone staying in a group tour so they don't have to register the tourists.
