The place actually were clean but the owner is not patient enough and did help elder people with large Luggages. Not recommended for if you want to stay longer, he will monitoring your movements; so intimidating. Super strict that customer didn't feel comfortable for being watched.

Cheap and cheerful, AC worked well. Owners let me check in very early (7AM) as l arrived from an overnight bus.

Had such a good stay at the Hotel Pamukkale! The hosts are incredibly kind and welcoming, rooms are clean and cozy, and there’s a nice pool as well. Great location - hotel is walkable to restaurants, ATMs, and of course, the Pamukkale pools. There is on-site parking and optional breakfast. Overall, a really great value - 10/10 recommend!

Bought on a last minute effort, the bloke sorted us out quickly and even dropped the price. Super nice guy, even sorted us out with a cheap balloon ride. Definitely recommend

Not expensive, only 200m away from trek start. Rooms perfectely clean, with AC, huge Italian shower, small but nice balcony, swimming pool just in front of rooms. Very nice service, breakfast ad extra but worth the price. Could easily match a 3* in France.

Perfect location to access pamukkale, in 5 min you are at the bottom gate and in 15 you are at the lower travertine, which honestly is better than higher since there are far less people (tours enter on north gate side). The room is very clean, comfortable bed, kind owners. Safe motorcycle parking available. Highly recommend!

A nice, calm and cozy place to stay at Pamukkale. Very close to Hieropolis and markets. The owner was very friendly and considerate. Rooms were clean and comfortable. It also has a pool which looked clean but water was bit smelly. Take away the pool smell, everything was perfect

Stayed here for two nights when visiting Pamukkale. It was wonderful, the owners are so kind and helpful. He gave me advice when I left a bag on the train and arranged a taxi for sunrise the next morning. The rooms are clean and the hot water works well. The pool looked lovely and we would have gone swimming if we had more time.

Lay Back hotel, clean, well maintained, friendly people, on-site safe parking for motorcycles, nice pool, good rooms and showers. Very good breakfast on the top floor with a nice view, a short walking distance from the Pamckkale attraction. Perfect !

Cozy family hotel. The owner is super kind and knows very well the town, he gave us nice tips and spots to visit. The location is very close to the main park, 10min walking. The rooms are cleaned and the breakfast is good.

Highly recommend family and couples to book with them. The hotel owner is very welcoming and helpful. They have a pool and also just a few minutes walk from the entrance to Pamukkale. I like the family feel of this hotel. If you drive here, they also have free parking. Rooms are clean and we enjoyed the hot shower after a day of traveling.

Everything is perfect! We took a room face to the pool on the ground floor which is really convenient to jump to the pool and get a rest on your terrace. Air con works very well. The water pressure is really good to have a nice shower. Pool water is very clean( from the thermal water of the mountain) , owner change the pool water every 4 days so it is really clean! Owner is very helpful to give some tips of visit and transport. He offered a free Turkish tea to us :) in general, super satisfied !!!I recommend to you 1000% !

A very nice family-run motel located right near the entrance to the famous Pamukkale Travertines. Breakfast is extra, so we haven't tried it. Rooms are nice although a bit old. The hosts are super-friendly and chatty

(+) Waking distance from Pamukkale. The hotel itself was nice and tidy. Air conditioner was working fine. Just there was a strong smell from the canalization in the bathroom. (- )The main problem was the OWNER.... when I booked through booking.com he said that accepts only cash upon arrival. From that day on he kept sending me messages through booking.com and to my personal number (!) asking if I am sure that coming and that I should cancel if I am not sure. These messages continued for 1 month - non stop! The day of planned arrival he again insisted to give him check in time. So I estimatedly gave 17.00. Oh my! that day ended up to be a nightmare! He Kept writing me non stop why we are not there yet. We had car problems and I wrote him that we will be a bit late, but he did not care. He kept sending the same msg, where are we??!! So because of this unpleasant experience I would never go back there again.

I spend only 12 hrs in Pamukkale and book the hotel for taking a short rest before and after sightseeing. The owner is very helpful and friendly. The room is big and clean. The air-condition, WIFI and hot water worked well. Also, the location is next to the entrance of the park. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice family run hotel. The included breakfast was very nice and just what was needed before a day of site seeing. Very nice pool for those hot days or just to have a relaxed day at the hotel. Great stay, would recommend 👍

Good guesthouse with appropriate lunches. Location is wonderful, everything is neat and tidy.. If you do not expect to see the 5-stars hotel, you will not be disappointed. Also the host is nice and hospitable guy! The only disadvantage of staying was the problem with hot water (it was hot only in certain periods of time)

Given the price (not expecting luxury), the rooms were great! Comfortable, clean and big bathroom. Great location, short walk to the entrance of the pools and local restaurants. Friendly service, always helpful. Breakfast wasn't the best, maybe go out for breakfast.
