Good place to stay in. A/C rooms are specious, nice and well maintained but little bit of expensive in comparison to their facilities.

Service is good. Hotel is clean. Food is average. Breakfast was fine. They have limited parking facilities. My negative observation is main entry to the hotel premises remains close at night which is very risky in case of any accident occurs at the hotel as no one can get escape from the it. I didn't find anybody from 5 am to 6.30 am whenever I planned to visit tetulia for kanchenjunga sight seeing visit. Hopefully they will take care of it in future. They have lost the 4 star review for this reason.

Good interior with very bad management.They say,It is a restaurant with residence hotel.but there policy is not like that.I have very bad experience with their stuff.
